Had accidental liquid damage in my bag wherein water got into two ports, and ruined 20% of the screen entirely. I brought it into Compuzone and they charged a basic "cleaning fee" for $99. Seemed entirely fair. They called 2-3 hours later, had assessed and diagnosed, then orderd replacement screen from Apple. 36 hours later my computer was cleaned, screen replaced and working like new. I did not have Apple Care which I regret. But their service was fast, friendly and incredibly conveniently located downtown. Clear communication, and fair price as well as official Apple replacement part - not third party. Would highly recommend and will come back with any Apple device issues.

I took my phone there because the screen randomly stopped responding but everything besides that was working. they charged me $30 and then handed me back my phone with pink lines all over the screen and said that i handed it to them like that. I didn't. don't recommend.

Charged me 75$ for a diagnosis when I came in knowing the issue and offered a fix for 2x as much as I ended up finding elsewhere. Everyone else does free consults. Let them know I was annoyed, still charged me. Their computer was glitching while they attempted to charge? overall lame, dont recommend.

I DO NOT recommend this service. I visited Compuzone to repair the back of my iphone that was cracked, as directed by my Apple Care coverage. However, the repair process took several hours, during which I was required to share my passcode to unlock my device. This left me feeling uneasy and violated.Upon receiving my phone back, I noticed discrepancies. Despite being assured it was the same device, my Apple Cloud still recognized the original phone's existence, and a new VIN was assigned. Subsequently, I encountered multiple issues, including malfunctioning camera and retina display issues.Overall, the repair experience felt unprofessional and questionable. I advise others to consider seeking repairs directly from Apple to ensure quality service and avoid similar complications. I wish I never took my phone here.

Phenomenal customer service the kind that you don’t often get these days. I walked in because I was having charging issues with my phone. They repaired it incredibly fast. I cannot think these folks enough !

This company will reject your warranty and try to charge you insane prices. They do not care about the customer only money. GO TO Apple directly!This company tried charging me 700$ to replace my screen saying it wasn’t in warranty. I took it to Apple at Barton creek and they looked at it and offered to replace it for free.

I highly recommend Compuzone. Mr. Prasad and Mr. Ramiro are both extremely kind and knowledgeable. Repairs were done quickly and with no surprises.They even went above and beyond, allowing me to use a spare monitor inside the store to finish a work deadline before dropping my MacBook off!I will be coming here when it’s time to buy a new laptop.10/10 recommend

Stay away from this place! Within 5 minutes of my daughter dropping off her Macbook, they called and told her there was "liquid damage" and she would have to pay an extra $300 that the warranty didn't cover. I called back with her and asked how they knew so quickly and what was damaged and they had no answer. She picked up her laptop and brought directly to Apple. Apple fixed her computer free of charge with no mention of any liquid datmage. I strongly suggest bringing your Apple products directly to Apple.

Pretty decent service but inconveniently located downtown. While there’s a parking garage the location is off a very busy main road which functions almost like a highway.
