I brought it into Compuzone and they charged a basic "cleaning fee" for $99. Seemed entirely fair. They called 2-3 hours later, had assessed and diagnosed, then orderd replacement screen from Apple. 36 hours later my computer was cleaned, screen replaced and working like new. I did not have Apple Care which I regret. But their service was fast, friendly and incredibly conveniently located downtown. Clear communication, and fair price as well as official Apple replacement part - not third party. Would highly recommend and will come back with any Apple device issues.”

Honestly I was a little frustrated no one else was able to help he kindly explained to me that the others are not trained to do what he did for me. I'm thankful that he is knowledgeable and has the training to do what he did. If it wasn't for Michael I would have been forced to go somewhere else. From now on I will be coming only when I know Michael is working. Everyone else is kind they have great customer service but they are not able to help you with your files and if you don't know how to do what needs to be done then your just out of luck. I feel maybe everyone should have the same training he has. Eather way I'm greatful I got what I needed today. And the customer service was top notch”

“Went in today for some weird screen issues. Everyone was so helpful. I did have to come right back after picking my phone up the first time as the issue still persisted. They were super quick to get me right back into the Genius Bar and even let me wait a few minutes after closing to help me get all set up. Everyone was so nice and patient and thoroughly explained the process. To make a bad day even worse, I ended up losing my wallet at some point. The works weren’t able to find it, however, they offered to let their management team know and take a glance at the cameras. Thankfully, someone found it in Apple and turned it into mall security! Today was a very stressful day, but I’m so grateful for this Apple team!!”
