I’ve been banking here for 20 years. I have multiple accounts. I miss the days when I could walk in and somebody knew who I was and would treat me as though they were happy to see me and streamline the process.Alas, All new people AGAIN! Not friendly and unprofessional. Acted like I didn’t exist. They whispered quietly to each other, acting like I was perpetrating fraud. I was picking up my payroll which I’ve done every week on Friday since 2009.I don’t get it!

Horrible experience, they made me feel extremely uncomfortable.They announced using a voice that could be heard throughout the entire business to state my mother's maiden name out loud. To me that action is a security breach. I've never had any other Comerica bank force me to share the answers to my security questions with anyone. At this bank I was forced to share the answers to my security questions with everyone in the entire Bank. Horrible experience for me. I would recommend not going to this Bank ever. Not safe.

A little weird to work with due to COVID, but miles better than the pflugerville location, you can generally get what you need done here.

The manager is very rude her name Andrea, she doesn't have the skills or the temperament to serve customers, I'll never give her my business, the rest of employees are friendly.

The branch manager of this location is very rude an disrespectful... ready to go to war with someone over the phone and better yet the lady hung up on me. This is why this bank is a joke an the women who work in the office. Diane if you're reading this you should not be working in a customer service industry....

I've used comerica for a couple years now, started with the location off of 183. I had a pretty good experience with them. Once I moved to Parmer I-35, things changed drastically. The manager, Angela, is very rude at times to customers, but especially to her employees. I've witnessed on several occasions where she would chastise her employees right in front of customers!! The parking lot is very large, yet she has her employees park at the best spots. I've mentioned this to her and her boss, explaining that their clients who normally visit are elderly and should have the best spots, but not much has changed. It seems very arrogant to have them park in premium spots when the lot is plenty large enough for them to park elsewhere. Meanwhile, this Andrea is chasing all her good employees out the door. Now I will have to bank elsewhere because it's gettong to the point I can't stand banking with them. She has been rude to my friends as well. Comerica is a good bank, just not this particular location.

I've been a customer for over 8 years from Dickinson tx to Austin tx I have never had a bad experience at any location and its amazing how everyone always greats me by my name and always offer services and information that would help me increase my credit and security on my accounts.. this bank has the feel of a local family owned bank and they always return my calls if I request a call back and when ever I've had an issue even when I'm out of town they have always resolved it for me in more than a satisfactory fashion. In 8 years I've never experienced a bad moment or any rudeness or disrespect..I suggest people look at this bank for themselves and not take the word of others that obviously have an agenda to give them a bad rap. IF [ Bradley McLaughlin ] IS HAVING SUCH A BAD TIME WITH COMERICA BANK WHY DOES HE USE 8 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS , WAY MORE THAN NORMAL , I USE THE SAME LOCATION AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE..FOR SUCH BAD REVIEWS HE GIVES HE SURE USES COMERICA BANKS AND SO MANY LOCATIONS. ???????

My wife has been banking with Comerica since before me (we met in 1995) and when we got married we combined our accounts into one bank. Go see Alex or Anglique (sp? Sorry if I screwed it up A!) for all your needs. These folks, and everyone at Comerica that I've run across, are big into customer service. We don't have the fattest account but they remember us everytime we we come in and generally treat us like they don't want us to ever leave. Which is an advertisement thing they are pushing right now but the company is seriously following through. Great great service! Can't recommend them highly enough.
