24/7 security is a joke. Thursday I accidentally parked in there instead of 405 Colorado, for 4 days I had pressed the help button without getting a ticket because I had a paid reservation through parkwhiz and didn't know where to scan the qr code. Off-site help center asked me for the number and remotely opened the gate. 4a on a Sunday morning I realized my mistake and had a 630a flight back to Boston to catch. The garage isn't open on weekends, there were locked metal doors. I tried using the call box outside after the remote people said there was nothing they could do and to check with security. I saw the guy sitting at the front desk. I tried multiple times to explain what I needed. He just kept saying he couldnt hear me, hung up, and when I tried thr call box again he wouldn't reply. I was in such a panic I couldn't think. It wasn't until hertz told me to leave the car and have it towed Monday, and flew all the way back to Boston, that I finally found an actual phone number that I guess the remote people didn't have. I am so upset. I don't know yet how much they're going to charge me for having the car parked there, if they haven't had it towed (I couldn't deal with that yesterday). Unbelievable. Why did they even let me in?
