I worked with John Bazan, and I had an awesome experience! We had been in contact with one agent who was indisposed and handed over to John - no problem. When we arrived at the office a courteous gentleman named Sam greeted us and made us feel welcome and comfortable.My sister and I are first time renters, and he was incredibly helpful and straightup in educating us on what our options look like. He immediately set to work helping us locate options that worked for us, asking questions we definitely would not have known to ask.Same day we walked a bunch of properties together and ultimately we found the one! John did not hesitate to spend the afternoon touring properties with us, asking important questions and talking about the neighborhoods. We definitely felt like we were in good hands. Definitely would recommend working with them.

This company employs a woman named Jessica Henderson I walked in on her screwing my husband in the kitchen of one of her properties. I got there late so I guess she thought I wasn't gonna show at all. When I walked in she immediately ran out to her car while I was fighting with my husband and while I was leaving I noticed she was having trouble frantically trying to start her car and she ended up stranded at the property looking stupid. She needs to be fired!!! Extremely unprofessional. Beyond SLUTTY!!!!

My agent was Sheri Davis and she was outstanding at her job.
I moved to Austin this spring. My wife and I decided to have a new house instead of living in apartment. We tried to find cheap condos first. Sheri came out and helped us to show several condos. Those condos were not satisfying at all, but Sheri did her best. Then, my wife looked for new houses. We found affordable houses by Centex in East Austin. It doubled our budget, but new house was better choice for future investment. During that process, Sheri helped us a lot to save money. She came with us to see lot and plans of new house. Her advice and knowledge was helpful whole time. Now, we are happy to move into new house.
We needed to trim branches over our house. I thought we would cost more than $500. She gave us phone number of the tree professionals. They came and trim it with in 1 hour. Cost of labor was only $75. Big save!!!
I recommend her to anyone in Austin trying to buy a house.
