Hats, wigs, jewelry, outfits, stockings, makeup- everything you could possibly need to be one of a kind- you’ll find here. Been a customer since they opened and I always get comments on my accessories. They are all from Coco.

Can I give 10 stars? I visited this past weekend and the best way I could describe this place is, it is beyond magical. Personally, I was looking to transport myself to a different world for a couple hours and had a lot of fun getting my makeup done, trying on different costumes and wigs, and then being photographed in costume. And what was so cool was I went in a totally different direction than I thought I would when I walked in the door! So fun. But Allyson's store is about more than just dressing up and exploring in a safe space - whether it's a private session or a wig party (which sounds like sooo much fun). You can just be whoever you are when you're there. Talk about the best form of therapy :)

Ann Marie was AMAZING at hosting our wig party for a friends birthday. she was so helpful and knowledgeable at everything wigs. the only down side was i wish i could’ve tried on a few more wigs! this was such a fun experience i would totally go back for another occasion. also the folks who did our makeup were just as incredible ?

My favorite store in Austin, hands down. The owner, Allyson, offers a real gift to this city with this venue. Any time I want to add a little magic to my life, I stop by Coco for a new wig and makeup appointment. Her wigs are beautifully created and very high quality, with many custom wigs and head dresses created by Allyson herself. Her makeup artists are always on point, and they adore her and it seems like you’re in a family when hanging in Coco. There are always such a wide array of customers in the store, whether it be a group of ladies looking for some group fun, someone looking for a wig after a recent cancer diagnosis, young people looking to understand how to put on makeup, etc. Allyson also curates an amazing collection of jewelry, costumes, scents, etc.I have so much gratitude for this Austin gem. Thank you.

Fun store to stop into even if you are not participating in a wig party. They have a lot of wigs, makeup, accessories etc to purchase. The prices are very reasonable!!

The emphasis is on fun! Fantasy wigs, realistic wigs. All synthetic and priced accordingly. Easy parking. Adorable shop. Outstanding service. They also will make custom wigs for you, and this being Peak Fun Wig Season, I suggest that you grab a buddy or two and hightail it over there. Fantasy eyelashes? Check! Fairy costume? Check. Beaded masks? You betcha.

Coco coquette is a unique and inviting space to find treasures that offer an opportunity to transform yourself, or just add some sparkle. They have more to offer than just wigs, like great accessories, vintage clothing, and skin care. Definitely the perfect business to shop from to get a dose of the “Keep Austin Weird” we all love to have. My first experience there was for a weekday evening wig party with coworkers. We had an opportunity to try on and choose our favorite wig and have our makeup done before taking lots of great photos. I’ll definitely be returning for more wigs and cool gifts for friends.

I don't remember the name of the lady that helped me but she was amazing beautiful, flamboyantly amazing personality I have ever witnessed. The shopping for me a second to none. I have never gotten a Shop that I love the stuff that much! I am a girl born a female, but I do feel like I'm a drag queen.... If you're even close to anything like that, you would love this place and I recommend that you go and please try on a wig because I'm telling you the woman that helped me was the most knowledgeable experienced person I've ever dealt with and she's a lot of fun!

Went in just to waste time waiting for my partner. Ended up leaving with a cute new bob. The human that was helping me worked with me finding the right one and even gave me advice on fixing my makeup at the same time.I love coming in and being treating like any other human.
