Open a 3rd location in Georgetown,TXI arrived 15 min before cpl opens because last time the waiting had 10people in it already at opening. This 3 months I got here 15min before opening there were 12 people waiting outside the door. I’m in but there r people standing in the room all seats r full it’s 7:28am people still coming in. At the least staff up the place u have 2 people here doing it all! Going to check with my doctor to see if I can go to different labs going foward

Very Unprofessional i got my results from this place and it something on paper that made me super uncomfortable it said Rare Normal Genital yall saying us females have weird female parts or genitals that very inappropriate i should report this it shouldn't say that before yall put something on paper put Normal every female is different and they shouldnt feel judge or criticized by that comment

The main reason for 2 star rating is because they make a huge mistake by leaving all blood samples collected outside on concrete in 100°+ temperature. Although they are kept in metal boxes and even if they have some sort of insulation it is still very too hot and not ideal situation for blood samples. They have a huge lobby but still it is left outside in scorching hot sun may be to make it convenient for the person who collects it??The people who work inside are fantastic people. I have taken photos to report them.

They "lay off" people and screw their families over saying they're reducing staff.Then they post the same job 2 weeks later! They do this to employees that are loyal to them who have never even had a disciplinary mark on their record. We will lose our home and all of the things we have worked hard for because of this. Thank you for drowning my entire family. They are not loyal to their employees unless they are forced to be by law so no point in being loyal to them.

Maybe, just maybe....I very much would have liked to send you all an email, however I was not able to find an option for that. Phone was the only one.Again, maybe just maybe had the front desk lady at your KILLEEN location ( new to me) on Wed, 12/07 right at 8AM focused a tad bit more on her job than being so RUDE for no reason we would not have this issue now. I will go after this as it is not only wrong but also UNACCEPTABLE especially when dealing with people`s time and most importantly MEDICAL HEALTH.After a week of no follow up from my doctor ( unusual as I have been going to CPL for years) I decided to take matters in my own hands to find out what is going on. Besides the fact that you can NEVER EVER get someone to answer the phone, voicemail still has not been set up no matter the date and time you call, I finally called your HQ to indeed have this issue addressed. In the meantime needless to say I wanted to get the real reason for my call addressed. I found out that the RUDE lady took it upon herself to IGNORE AND DISREGARD the orders I put in her HANDS to process and decided to process an order that was in the system from June 2022 from a DIFFERENT ordering doctor! I am extremely, beyond upset about this for many, many reasons I am sure you can imagine!!!!

Very efficient and one of the phlebotomist is absolutely amazing and kind. She hugged me upon learning my oldest daughter had died unexpectedly.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of one front desk woman. She is kinda rude and comes across as if clients are bothering her. Thankfully the other front people are nice.

I would like to start with the bias supervisor that’s works for CPL! For example the lead assistant manager Joan, is lady who gets intimidated by her job and fires people anyhow, CPL SHOULDN’t allow this discrimination to go on! And another thing davetta dukes that work for cpl the “ susope manager” or whatever she calls herself! Btw I’m talking about the COVID 19 procession section managers! They Fire people for little things! It so sad! I wouldn’t work for this company cause of the supervisor they hire!

These people are a bunch of crooks. While the experience in the lab was fine, the billing has been a nightmare. The lab incorrectly coded tests and has been trying to extort money from me ever since. My billing issue has been ongoing for almost 10 months! Any time I call I get the run around. Avoid this lab like the plague!

Their billing system is a scam. I'm poor and we lost our electricity and all our food because they threatened to send us into collection for a 192$ bill. They don't offer payment plans and told us to either pay in full or be sent to collections.
