Great experience. My doctor’s office messed up my ppwk, I got them on the line and the lady behind the desk spoke to my doctor’s office and got the info/codes she needed. This location was extremely helpful. I tend to sometimes be a hard stick, the young lady taking my blood was new but she was kind and whatever technique she used to insert the needle was phenomenal, never felt it go in. If I didn’t live so far up north I would go to this location (Renfert Way) constantly. Highly recommend!

I’ve had quite a few blood draws in the last 6 months at various locations, and CPL Medical Oaks Pavilion is the best.
I’ve had a different phlebotomist nearly each visit, and they’re all great. Clean, organized, and quick — plus they check in with you to make sure you’re not going to flip out.
If you’re extra lucky, you’ll get Kayla. She’s clearly meant to be in the field, and has a way of completely putting me at ease, even on my 6th poke in 9 days. Thanks Kayla!

I always have a good experience at this location. The staff is friendly and prompt with my appointment. They even had all my personal information needed to process my lab work. Cool.

Totally confusing and unprofessional.
There are 2 separate labs across the street from one another with nearly identical addresses and suite number. One is 12200 Renfert, Suite 102. One is 12201, Suite 102.
Crazy. And they act like no one has ever gotten them mixed up.

Zurmi “Z” was great! She was so kind and did an excellent job distracting me, I will be going back and asking for her!

The most pleasant experience I have ever had at CPL. Friendly spacious environment. And, for someone who has had nurses stab around my arm to get blood, the person who did mine was so adept that I didn’t even feel it. Way to go CPL employees!

READ BEFORE ARRIVING: The closest door is facing the corner of Renfert and Park Bend. Park and enter there for easiest access.Anna is literally the best. She’s a trainer and knows her stuff. Her cheery and calm demeanor puts everyone at ease. This is the chilliest CPL I’ve been to in a long time.

Zero recommendations for that place in CLP, super bad attention to that place, the people who serve there are rude, a dark-haired lady who has braids in her hair and a dark-haired man are rude and racist

Went around 9am and only waited maybe 10 minutes. The girl who took my blood was great. Super nice and kept me talking to get my mind off of what she was doing!

Beyond impressed with this location. I went here on a whim since I usually go to a south location, but I’ll try to only go here. Small acts go a long way, like greeting people with eye contact when they walk in. They were efficient and kind. I’d encourage people to go to this spot even if it’s a little out of their way.

Had lab work order sent in FOUR TIMES SEPARATELY - electronically and via fax and they said they never received the order. Then had the order sent to a different location and they had it immediately ready. Do not trust this location.

I go to this clinic every 3 months. I'm a hard draw and it gets worse every time. It's hard fun and a person that can draw my blood. When Miss Hicks was there she was awesome She could draw me his tubes that I needed. I hope they get her back or find someone like her

I visit CPL once a year for lab work. Had such a great experience at this location! If the gods look kindly upon you, you may also end up with a phlebotomist with this rarest of skills - inserting a needle through your skin without causing any pain. When it was my turn, I sat in the chair, turned my head away and braced myself for the dreaded moment. That didn't happen. When I next looked down, it was all over. Didn't hurt. At all. Impressive.I remember saying "wow" and "thank you", but unfortunately forgot to ask her name.
