Smooth experience. Electronic check-in and it all flows from there. Results were available at my doctor's patient portal in a day.

Very rude and unprofesional staff. I had called on a Saturday letting them know I was running 15 minutes late, and if it was posible I can get labs done. They said yes. After arriving there, I open the door and lady decides to scream and say “No, we’re closed,” and shuts the door in my face.
If a staff agreed in letting a patient come in with the 15 minute mark, there was no need to act in a unprofessional way.

Newly minted phlebotomists often call in their supervisor for rolling veins. Got 2 or 4 attempts before supervisor got me sorted. Go to ARC Cedar Park/CPL or Round Rock locations for better draws if you have rolling veins and get frequent labs.
