Extremely rude and condescending when asking for a smaller needle due to CKD. I’ve requested multiple times at several of my frequent visits if the techs can use a butterfly to avoid multiple sticks but I continue to receive the same attitude.

If I could give a 0 I would have. I told the nurse that I usually get a small needle for bloodwork because my vains are thin. Here she goes ignoring my request and using the biggest needle she could find. She inserted the needle, pulled it out, inserted it again, and complained that my blood was draining slow… I told her from the get go to use a small needle!!! Now I will be bruised and frustrated!!! I can’t stand the treatment!!!

The staff was very nice and i was in and out in 30 minutes. There were four people waiting when i got there and thought I would be waiting for quite a long time. Overall a good experience and i would go back to this location.

Don’t understand why this place gets such low ratings. I have come here many times in the last year. I rarely wait and the staff are always friendly and very informative. Most recent visit was with Angie and Diana and their customer service was over the top. Hats off ladies, keep doing what you are doing because I think you are the best!!

My first experience with CPL lab.. I walked into the Wells Branch office. After taking all my info the lady said she didn't have orders there for my lab and asked if it was sent to another location.. I asked if it was location specific because my doctor didn't tell me it was. She said yes so I proceeded to just go to the one closer to my home which is about 20 min away from there in Wells Branch. I decided to call on my way and verify they had the orders there and she found them and told me that it was not location specific and I should have been able to get it done there. I'm on my lunch break from work and now wasting more time and going to be late going back because of either their blatant lie or pure ignorance. Either way not a good place to go!

I struggled to get away from work to get my labs done before upcoming appointment. Got there 4 minutes before they closed for lunch, not for the day. They asked me to come back later. I found this very unprofessional. Will be asking my provider to use a different lab if possible.

Worst lab experience I have ever had. And I’ve had close to 50. Stood outside the door after making eye contact with both front desk employees at 1:26. Baked in the Sun after trying to open the door twice until 1:32 when they were ready to open up after their long lunch break (making it nearly impossible to get labs done if you work a job). Called three times, they answered once. If you leave a voicemail, they will not call you back. Unfriendly, miserable experience. Never go here.

Very unprofessional first and second person stick twice both and gave up getting my blood drawn and ask told me to go to another cpl.i just wasted my time and gas coming to this branch of cpl, please guys go somewhere else not this one
