Fat guy that works here parks his truck at the diesel pump while he's at work. The 1 diesel pump that's easy access for truck/trailers. Then is rude to customers when they ask to use that pump.

Today a “computer crashed†and trapped me at the pump for 30 minuets. In the meantime I was charged twice for the same full tank of gas because after the “crash†the pump wouldn't pump without being paid. The nice man with a red ponytail apologized and told me to watch to see if there's a duplicate charge, but that he would take care of it tonight with the manager. There is a duplicate charge. Now I have to go back to Circle K and take it up with them. Taking it up with the credit card company takes forever and requires additional documentation. This happened somewhere else several months ago. Let's see what happens.

I go into this store almost every day for almost two years. In the last few months there is an older gray headed lady and a Spanish girl that are not nice at all when they get around to checking you out it seems like you have insulted them by walking in the door.i don't know who the district manager is but they are not doing there job. We need some serious attitude adjustment. I don't think I will be stopping at this store anymore. I hope circle k corporation takes this serious. I'm a business owner in south Austin and I hope if I had a problem like this someone would speak up.
