I've been to a lot of sex shops, ranging from phenomenal to terrible. This one was pretty decent. Not large, not small. Had a good selection of a lot of different things. Lingerie for women and men, even some exciting shoes/boots to add the final touch to your outfit. Really appreciated the little black-light area showcasing some fun clothing for clubbing (I bought myself a pair of black booty shorts with an exciting neon green stripe, considering my weight loss success the past half year and finally feeling body positive about my thighs). Plenty of toys of differing varieties, and dildos. Strap-ons (this transman approves). Small selection of DVDs. Lubes and enhancers. The "requisite" bachelorette party favors. Bondage gear. A little of everything, basically. This is more of a 3-star review, but I bumped up to 4 because the two employees were friendly and chill. They greeted all of us when we came in (my husband and I, plus some friends who are part of our social kink group, ehe), and let us know they were available to help should we need anything. They let us wander and browse without harassment or needless oversight. When we came to check out with our various goodies, they were friendly and efficient, then wished us all a good evening. And a good evening was had by me and the husband, LOL. Not sure when I'll be making it back to this location, if ever, simply because I'm rarely ever in that neck of the woods. It was a reasonable establishment, but I likely wouldn't go out of my way to shop there again. But if I am in the area, I'll drop in for a fun peek. Ya catch my drift? ;)

Seems silly & suspicious that Cindies doesn’t carry “vhs tape cleaner”. There’s plenty of cis women who use them and plenty of queer men who live in South Austin who’d buy them. I know Package Menswear carries them downtown but like…. why can’t y’all? Esp if it’s more convenient to stop Cindies which is closer to my way home.

Great gifting ideas for bachelor and Bachlorette parties!!! They'll even gift wrap for $3.99! Got my x boyfriend a blow up doll and told him he would like her much better than me since she won't voice her concerns in the relationship and won't have an opinion.

I'm not adding photos you naughty peeps!!! Cindies is a great place! I've been coming here for years. The ladies that work here are fun and sweet! It's not creepy or gross! This is your go-to for a fun and realistic shopping spree for all things naughty! I won't go anywhere else.... Batteries included ladies!!!!

Highly recommend this store! I was greeted upon entering and the customer service by Amber was great, she was very friendly and helpful. They have a great variety for dance outfits and cute shoes !

My advice is to shop online. I wasn't greeted upon entering the store or ever offered any sort of assistance. I wouldn't think this is the norm for these types of stores. There were three people behind the counter and Zero customer service. I've never been to this store before or any store like this so it would've been nice to have been greeted and offered assistance. Please treat your customers with respect in the future.

Went in for one thing and I needed a bit of help, Carla was amazing! She not only help me find what I need , she spent nearly an hour showing me all kinds of cool stuff and was so knowledgeable about the products and was super helpful and nice. Totally recommend this place ?

This place has everything you could imagine. The store is always immaculately clean with a great staff it is very helpful but not too pushy they carry sizes for everyone and a great selection
