Dre and Taylor always help me with anything that I need, answer any of my questions, and treat me with such kindness and respect. They are both a huge reason why I love coming to this shop. I look forward to our conversations and interactions and coming here is one of the highlights of my week, and I've been coming here for a while now.
IF YOU SEE ANY bad reviews for this place, trust that it is most likely someone projecting their bad day onto their experience because I have always had a great experience here and observed nothing less with every other customer experience I see when I am there.

Well let's say ciggy shack was good. When he sold the place to these Colorado guys.....it was not good anymore. I still try to support but they left me no choice to not shop there anymore. I bought a coil he held it 15 ft from asked if it was the right one...it looked like it.also he was on the phone when I walked in acted like I was bothering him.well it wasn't the right one....I said B series he gave me P I also showed him the mod I needed it for. He was not caring what I said. Well I left them noticed it was not right so I was done with him. I have the coil back by tossing it in the store. So he could have something to do .....haha never gave my money back .very high priced compared to all he other stores also.
