Yesterday, March 6 2023 my wife and I went shopping at Chico's at The Arboretum in Austin Texas. My wife selected two blouses and when I went to pay for them, the sales person, Jeanne was very unfriendly and on the border of being rude. After paying, she rudely pushed the bag over to me on the counter without even a thank you. My wife is Asian so perhaps this may be a bias thing. We've shopped at this location many times in the past and the customer service has been degrading over time.Consequently, we will never shop this location again. If I were Jeanne's manager, I would immediately institute remedial training. If her attitude continued into the future, I would be forced to let her go.

I shopped at the Chico's store at the arboretum, Austin Texas. 10-28-22. I bought several clothes items , then Sharon ,the employee that was helping me ask if I needed anything else , I said yes , I wanted to purchase a pair of shoes, they didn't have my size . she proceeded to call at least 5 or 6 other Chico stores , within 100 miles of Austin Texas , after calling all stores , the last one she tried had the size I needed !!!! ordered over phone, I paid by phone , the shoes are now en route to my house , be there 4 to 5 days. Sharon did not stop till she found my shoes !!! Sharon had a great personality and was so patient with me . I have shopped at that Chico's location ever since it was built . all of their employees are so nice & helpful, but Sharon is the best !! I would give her a "10" !!! I Love Chico's. Barb Daugherty

Honestly, I only go to this store to buy gift certificates for my Mom. It does seem like a nice kinda upscale but stylish ladies clothing store.If Mom likes them then I say there's got to be something good about them!.?
