I went in there today, just a few minutes ago for a water and they didn't have any prices on the waters so I took several waters to the counter to get prices and chose the one I wanted and paid. The cashier had the audacity to tell me that next time I need to put all the waters back. I told him they need to put prices on their items. I've noticed alot of convenience stores run by middle eastern people don't have prices. One store closer to leander tried to overcharge me by $10 about a year ago so i don't trust them anymore. I will be calling to report every convenience store that I see doesn't have prices on their items. It is illegal and against consumers rights.

If you want to get robbed buy alcohol in this store, they charged me $21.99+ tax for 12 pack (12 fl oz) corona extra. They didn’t even refund me immediately after transaction. Also they don’t give you bill unless you ask for it. Also an old person in the store made a racist comment. I personally urge don’t encourage store like this

Bought some Escobars that ended up being broken. Stepped right out the door noticed it and went back in to exchange and no attempt to help. Told me it was my fault and since I left he can’t do a return or exchange. Broad day scammers.

This gas station is very consistent - their gas is consistently about 15-20% more expensive than ALL other gas stations in the area.I guess the location helps them out since the nearest competitor is Sam’s Club, who requires a membership. However, I go out of my way to not go to this station due to the overpriced fuel and overpriced goods inside the store. The drinks and food are extremely expensive. Somehow, the 15-20% overcharge on gas seems cheap in comparison to how much they mark up the things inside the store (50%+).

They don’t do cash back apparently despite having done so in the past and there being no signage suggesting that they don’t. Generally unfriendly cashier the several times I’ve been.

I stopped by for gas on 6/30/2021. I used my Chevron Card. Using this card saves $.20/gallon. I noticed the pump did not change from 2.99/gallon to 2.79/gallon. I decided to go inside and talk to the attendant. At first, he was like no way, you are incorrect. I had him reprint the receipt and then he said you did not use a Chevron card. I pointed it out to him and he said there is nothing I can do, other customers are waiting. I said no, I need to speak to a manager. He gave me the manager's name and number. The manager's name is Pratik. He is a piece of work as well. I called Pratik and apprised him of the situation. He stated that he was aware, but could not change it. He stated how he called Prime Spot now 5 days ago and they said it was a Chevron issue. He told me that the store does not make any money on gas anyway. He stated that the pumps are completely controlled by Chevron. They set the price and this is a Chevron issue. He then told me it is pennies so why am I talking to him. Just take the loss and keep it moving. I then asked him when he told Chevron and Prime Spot of the issue what guidance was given to him on how to handle this. He stated NONE. I asked him as manager what guidance did he give his employees on how to handle this. He stated nothing. I said how many people have brought this to his attention. He said several. He said most customers use their Chevron card because of a discount. He also stated the cash people did not mind paying more, but most of them did not notice the issue. I repeated back to him what he stated and asked to verify this. He said yes that is what I said. I am floored at the terrible customer service, the process of Chevron and Prime Spot. He told me that Prime Spot has over 50 stores and this was a non-issue. I repeated and said, you are stating Prime Spot does not feel it is an issue for customers to overpay for gas. He agreed again. I said when you notified Chevron what exactly was said again. He said they were aware of the software glitch and they were working on it, but to do nothing and ask customers to come back and it will be fixed on the next gas up. Are you kidding me? I told him this was TERRIBLE customer service. He then told me to come into the store the next day while he was there and he would give me $10 knowing the difference of the money was not that amount. I asked him why $10. He said to make you go away and not discuss this issue anymore. Bad service and bribery. I am shaking my head how bad this is and how bad this sounds. I am floored by this situation.
