I’d like a refund for the car wash that didn’t work. Also the cashier cursed me out when I told her she was rude. You have issues with customer service.

The woman working on Sunday March 8 at 1pm was incredibly rude. The car wash was malfunctioning while I was inside of it and she needed to give me a code. But she was short and impatient with me as if she couldn’t be bothered. I likely won’t be using this place anymore because of her. I work in customer service, so I understand how hard it can be dealing with people. She had no reason to treat me the way that she did as if she couldn’t be bothered.

I will never come back to this gas station. Filled up with gas and while doing so waited my turn outside the restroom only to discover that one of their employees was essentially taking his break in the bathroom. I waited patiently for him to come out and he approached me with an attitude as though it was his private bathroom. I asked him why he was in business if he wasn’t here to serve customers. He was just rude, and I thinkhigh. Never ever ever will I come back and patronize this business again. The other employees inside didn’t seem to care about much of anything either.

Very rude clerks in the gas station. Unfortunately, this location also shares their inside counter with Newberry Automotive. Newberry is great for inspections, and I would highly recommend them. However, I would strongly suggest to avoid the Chevron convenience store at this location.

The people who work here seem nice and solid to me. They handle our car inspections very fast. I haven’t bought gas, but I’m so glad there is a reasonably priced car wash (open all day, I sense) here because the nearby Finish Line wash always has a serious line and closes early every day. I am stunned that this Chevron car wash will never go to the, bottom of a sedan. It feels like it’s only designed to clean the lower parts of a high-riding pickup truck. It always leaves 7 inches on the bottom of any sedan, completely untouched and dirty, at any price paid. But at least the top is left reasonably clean - even for the $10 wash. I sure hope they get this car wash fix, so it functions like every other car wash in the United States, where it does clean a sedans sides properly.

Worst customer service ever from lil old mexican cashier, so rude. Ive never been talked to so rudely a day in my life. Karma gonna hit and when it does she only has herself to blame.

the cashier was VERY rude. Disrespectful to me and my group. Kept making off handed, passive aggressive and disturbing comments towards us. Insisted on being argumentative with us when we just wanted to buy our stuff and leave. Downright one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. According to other reviews we all had similar interactions with the same employee.

Extremely rude employees. They were all sitting around gossiping like f***ing children instead of doing their job. I got so much attitude from them the second I walked in.

If you need a tire fixed, don’t go to this Chevron. They only do plugs, not patches (for $25) and they guarantee it will hold. Our plugged tire has leaked every day. And they don’t stand behind their repair. We have been using them for years, but never again.

The car wash ate my $20, so I paid with a card. The cashier inside was polite but powerless to help me get the $20 back, he told me to call the number on the machine, but there is no number on the machine. He said he could give me another car wash though (I should have just gone in right when it ate my $20). The car wash didn’t even clean my car all the way, the hood still has gross stuff on it. Overall it’s a clean store, I see reviews mentioning rude cashiers but I’ve always had a pleasant experience. I don’t think if I’ll get car washes here in the future.

Free and multiple air tire filling spots. That alone sets them apart. Never had a bad issue with them and don’t understand the negative reviews.

The Chevron on bee caves workers are ultra, rude, testy, and confrontational. I simply went in there for gas and was accosted verbally buy a felony Simon. Good job Simon.

I used to almost exclusively go to this Chevron for gas and get state inspection.Around mid-late May, I was treated rudely enough to never return. I was on a work phone call with my phone to my ear. I wasn't paying attention closely and was waiting at the coke machine while a couple people were standing there talking. Then they noticed me and I noticed that it was two of the employees who weren't getting coke, just hanging out talking.The woman employee looked at me and said "Excuse me is the word" and walked away. I was still on the phone but couldn't believe she just said that. So I stared at her for a moment. She came back and said. "Yeah, I was talking to you." and then laughed and went back to her conversation with the other employee.Needless to say, I'm sad to see this gas station go downhill. Used to be a very friendly place.I won't be back.
