I just got done working with Justin Moore and I am so appreciative of the time and effort he put in. An oddly frustrating situation had him calling different numbers over and over for almost an hour and he was determined to solve the problem. I don’t expect anyone to take the amount of time we did today to fix something that isn’t emergent, so I’m really grateful for the opportunity to work with him and would 10/10 recommend my experience with this location in general. Super kind, knowledgeable, and informative. Thanks guys!

As a new student in US, Tingting helped a lot to create the accounts and card. She also can speak Chinese that explained the details clearly and patiently. I really appreciate it and highly recommend her!!!

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. I deposited a big check from my business account into my personal account in advance of a family vacation so it would be available for our expenses.Instantaneously, upon making the deposit, Chase took the money out of my Wells Fargo Account. I though they would deposit/post the money immediately or at least by the next day. It's been 6 working days and the have yet to deposit MY money into MY Chase account!!, even though they have had my money this entire time.I've spoken to 6 people and keep getting the same run around. If there were negative stars on here I'd give them the maximum negative stars. I've been banking since I was 15. I opened this account only as a separate play account for trips, etc. Because CHASE won't give me my money, we had to cancel our vacation completely. Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Why they are holding my money for 7 days is unbelievable, unconscionable, and had caused my family a lot of distress.Go to Wells Fargo!!!! Or anywhere else.DO NOT USE CHASE!!!!

This location is great and in particular Tingting was amazing and goes above and beyond(!!!) helping her customers. I'm extremely grateful and highly recommend her! Keep in mind that you will most likely need to make an appointment, but if you do there is little to no wait time.

So I go in to get a money order and the obese employee working at the counter refused service. I leave, and as I'm walking I realize my ID isn't expired like she said. So I go back, and there's some smart aleck, again, doing everything he can to avoid providing service. I've been working outside today so maybe they think I'm some street person. But I've been banking at Chase for years, and this location has a bunch of jokers... particularly the obese hispanic lady. She apparently just wants to clock out and hit up the buffet.

Received an email inviting me to open an account and email indicated I could just show up to a Chase bank location. I showed up and was asked if I had an appointment. The teller mentioned that they had some cancellations and that they could see me at at 330pm. I asked if that was possible because I needed to leave by 4pm. I was told that opening an account would take about an hour but since I was already a credit card customer, it would be a lot quicker. The person who was going to help me open the account finished her meeting at around 322pm and told me, “I will be right with you. I just need to respond back to a voicemail” or something along those lines. I sat waiting for her to finish and almost 20min passed since she came and spoke with me and without any indication that they would see me anytime soon so I left.I completely get that they are short-staffed. I understand that. Everyone is. What I disagree with is over-promising. I would have been completely okay if I was told that I could not be seen without an appointment but they made me waste my time. The Chase email did not mention the need to schedule an appointment.

TingTing and Tobin were so helpful and addressed all of my husbands and I's concerns and helped us set up an account with Chase. I did have to go back and finish setting my account up as I had forgotten my ID the first time around, but I was able to do so without an appointment and I was helped very quickly. Tobin even gave me a recommendation for a restaurant he goes to as I told him I was looking to try new restaurants in the area. TingTing also made sure my husband and I got the best offer available when opening our account. Definitely recommend coming to this branch for any of your needs.
