Called ahead to verify a notary was available. I live 5 minutes away and said I would be right there. Arrived to learn that the notary was at lunch and would not be available for an hour! Three employees and no customers. Lunchtime is 2pm. Manager could have said that before I drove to this branch. Found friendly help and customer service at Wells Fargo up the street. Would have gone a long way to be helpful instead of finding no way to help.

Bank not open— update your hours

DO NOT USE CHASE BANK and this branch is the WORST. I opened a private client account, which requires a large sum of money. I placed my money in this account to get the 2 k bonus. I could never get ahold of my private banker, Johnny...countless emails unanswered. Six months have passed and now I would like to use this money to pay for my taxes. Well I am two hours in and no one can get my money to me. Cashiers check was too large, computer system not working, wire transfer sent back.... Seriously, one excuse after another and all met with little care for how frustrating it is. And this is how they treat a private client, so imagine just being a client! So if you enjoy having large sums of money in an account and not being able to ever withdraw it with the worst customer service ever, then Chase is for you. Otherwise, run to Wells Fargo or any other credit union who hires competent people who actually care about your banking experience.

This review is for the branch. Not chase bank. If I could put 0 stars, I would. I visited on Friday at 10am 2/5/2021. I visited the drive thru to deposit my local credit union cashier's check. Then the drive thru Chase bank employee did not inform me of a 9 day hold being placed on my cashiers check from a local CREDIT UNION. I was informed after the deposit was made. I then got down, into the branch to speak to the Branch manager, in order to get my money released or my transaction reversed to cash out the check at the local credit union. The Branch Manager (Christopher L. Ferguson) then refused to reverse the transaction due to my "attitude". Branch manager (Christopher L. Ferguson) then proceeded to call the police to remove me from property, due to me refusing to leave the property without the transaction being reversed. Branch manager (Christopher L. Ferguson) then came outside the property and told me that he was going to close my account once the check cleared. I was perplexed and worried about my money from my upcoming direct deposit. This was highly stressful and by far my worst experience with any business, not just banking. Thankfully, I was able to contact Chase customer service to avoid any financial damage from this incompetent branch manager (Christopher L. Ferguson). This branch is desperate for some form of present leadership. I recommend you to drive a couple of miles to a different Chase branch. Hope this helps someone, and they can avoid all the unpleasantries from this branch.

Terrible experience. Came in at 11:20 and turned away because we came “right before they close”. They close at noon. Apparently 40 min isn’t enough time to do banking? Chris was just blatantly rude. This branch lost a customer today.

This review concerns one of the financial advisers, Melissa Moreno. I am very satisfied with chase online banking and the services they provide, but I feel the need to review my experiences with her. I approached chase for financial advice and was sent to her. I had already done research on several stocks I was interested in and showed her the list. She offered some limited advice on which ones were preferable, and a few moments later placed the order. I thanked her, and that was that. Until I got the bill. About 12% of the money I had invested went to her in fees. I called to demand an explanation, and she laughed at my ignorance. Do not trust this woman. She is there to steal your money. You will get far better advice from online forums.
