Refused to cash a Corporation Expense check that clearly has their bank name. This is ridiculous. I could understand if it had a name of a different Bank. Would not even get a supervisor per my request.

Ok Chase Bank if you are going to close early before posted closing time then notify the call center or hang a sign up on the door. Don’t advertise online and on the front door that you close at 5pm and I arrive 10 minutes before the branch closes and it’s already shut down and empty. So I try again the next day and come 40 minutes before you close and the branch is once again closed early. And once again no signs ? stating that you had to close early due to a emergency. I call the 800 customer service and she says there are no notes that the Riverside Dr branch would be closed. Chase bank #dobetter #beopenwhenyousayyouwillbeopen

Worst customer service ever with a bank. Representative wasted 2 weeks of my time trying to close an account. She showed zero respect for my time making me show up for meetings only to tell me she had accomplished nothing. I will try another branch. Wish I didn't have to deal with Chase at all. So bad!

not gonna come here anymore for making any reservations with them. i tried my best to come there earlier and still something came up to me and make me late. and they ask mento make appointments for more two weeks again ? you think i came here with no money at all ? bad service forever i wont trust chase

Every time I visit this location there is some type of issue that either delays or does not allow me to complete my business. Today I went to withdraw money from my account, the teller informed me that unless I had my physical debit card or a digital debit card I would be unable to do so due to the system requiring it. I had my ID and multiple other credit cards on me, when I asked the manager to call customer service at chase to resolve this matter she said there was nothing she could do and my only option to resolve the matter was to download their digital debit card to conduct my transaction.
