Location: Chase Bank at 183 and Lake Creek area
On my recent visit, I went in to deposit a check here (not my usual bank location but it was the closest on my way home) and ended up having a memorable experience thanks to two outstanding employees: Tosin and Marie. I mentioned to Tosin that I had been collecting gold dollar coins to create a treasure chest for my kids' pirate adventures. To my delight, he immediately sprang into action and inquired with Marie, another teller in the next booth if they had any gold dollar coins.
I have been asking for these coins for about 2 years and I usually get between 2-7 at the most. But this was my lucky day and Marie had just received a deposit from a coin collector who had passed away, which included a mix of gold and silver dollar coins. Despite my insistence that she didn’t need to go through the trouble, Marie kindly opened each roll and carefully picked out the shiniest gold ones for me. Her willingness to help made my banking banking errand into a delightful treasure hunt.
The customer service at this Chase Bank branch is truly exceptional. Both Tosin and Marie went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. Their friendly and accommodating demeanor, combined with their genuine interest in my quirky request, turned an ordinary transaction into a special moment.
I told them it felt like Christmas!! :) Hope you have a great visit here too.

Had a good experience with my recent visit to this Chase Bank - It’s a Private Client location and not a regular Chase location. It’s located in an old building and the Bank inside is also very old but very nicely maintained and clean!They seem to be understaffed but during off hours you should be able to get through with your work smoothly at this place.There is lots of parking all around the building.Overall, a good experience.

Typical poorly staffed poorly mannered chase employees - this is why i have pulled 95% of my relationship from the bank. If you dont look a certain way your dismissed - by the way ive been private client for over a decade i just don't mention it when i come in to see their standard of service.

This branch has always short of people and they don’t help your specific needs. They always require to call 1-800 number .Especially the branch manager . If you don’t help your customer why you are working there . If you don’t help your customers why you opened the branch ? It is ridiculous.

I just moved to North Austin and I am so happy this branch is close to my house. I have been here at least half dozen times and every single time the bank representatives are super friendly and very helpful. I was impressed that the teller knew the names of A few of the people that walked in. They seem to take the time to get to know their customers! Every interaction I have had with this branch has been superb. They have definitely earned 5 ⭐️ from me!

I am utterly disgusted with this branch and their employees and branch manager. I normally don't write reviews but I felt it was necessary here. I am a customer with a more than decent balance in my accounts but have been treated with utter disrespect. I'm trying to take care of a situation from afar. The first personal banker I spoke with had the worst attitude I've ever encountered in customer service. She kept sighing and when I was explaining my situation and was rude beyond belief not to mention she was insulted my intelligence; I hold 2 Master's degrees from Berkeley University. The branch manager did nothing about my concern and when I called back my calls were never received. I called numerous times. I am appalled that Chase would allow this type of customer service to continue. I was in banking for over 10 years and know that respectful customer service is paramount. I also wanted to open an investment account with them but am now going to close my accounts with them. From reading the other reviews this seems like common practice there. It's unfortunate they are allowed to deal with the public. Chase, I know my review won't change things but hopefully it helps one customer to choose another option.

Pretty much done with JPM Chase. Had 2 checking accounts (One they recommended me to open, but I never used) and HELOC(12 years). These checking accounts require some (forgot exact) combined balance. After I paid off HELOC that combined balance requirement was short of few $ and they started adding monthly fees of $15. When I called them to waive the fee one time or change account type, they care less and kind of told me either I have to maintain the combined balance or close accounts. I did what is right. Closed both of my checking accounts and I also paid off all the balances on their C.C. Also for laughs, my 1 Star rating is in agreeing with Elon Musk
