Very friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. Left a bad review earlier but intended it for the Domain location! The Research location near HEB is great, though!

Aleisha was super helpful and with an amazing energy and attitude that made the whole process go smoothly and fast. I personally don't like Chase Bank anymore but this lady reminded me that there's beautiful people out there ❤️

Horrible experience from the teller Indrani. I go in here every month to pay my rent the same way. She was confused and very rude to me. Laughed in my face and tried arguing with me over something she said and tried to tell me I said it. I get I’m coming in at the end of your shift and maybe you had a rough day sitting at a desk all day but I worked all day too. Manager did call me and apologized for the experience, which I appreciate. I’m just tired of going places and the employees that work in the costumer industry can’t treat costumer the right way. I work two jobs and always try to give costumers the best experience. It’s not that hard to give some a smile and say have a good day as they are leaving.

Unhelpful and redirected me to the ATM outside when I get out there it's not even working but they will not assist me. Very inconsistent for customer service

Horrible bank they hold my money for no reason called like 20 times they keep saying we can say a reason why I went there many times waited 5 day did not even have money for my gas them at the end they said they will not activate it again called them wanted to stop my account and draw my money out they said it’s fine when I went there they said they will send me a check I don’t even money to get gas and I have only opened it 10 days ago

The manager is a jerk. I hate the mentality of people like him who if something undesirable happens, they think they can spray false accusations to innocent people who haplessly cross his path. The manager also exudes legalism. The manager issues strict edicts. May one day the shoe be on the other foot.I wish my family and friends who bank here would stop banking here.Kindly bank somewhere else, like a credit union
