Can someone run a damp towel over the ATM keys once a month at the very least?

Banking with chase has been one of the worst decisions I have made. Very unhelpful customer service. But I guess greed driven banks exist the same way as gravity exists.

Great atmosphere, we stopping in here last minute and they were willing to work with us, however, our situation required more documentation then we had. Anthony Hall ensured we had all the options to move forward with our next visit. If you’re in the area, it is a very professional easy going branch.

I want to give kudos to this branch. I've banked here over 3 years and the professionalism shown by every one of the staff I've ever dealt with is why I continue to use them. Anthony is wonderful, patient, and responsive. When he is unavailable I am promptly helped by one of the other members with equal enthusiasm! They deserve recognition!

It's a convenient location with ample parking. Overall, Chase Bank in Belterra Village is the destination for efficient and reliable business banking.

Called branch to make appt for notarization. Spoke to two people about potential issue with document; said no problem. Said they were booked for the day, so I made appt for next day. Went to branch at booked time and was told [1] they didn't have my appt and [2] they were busy/booked. I left. Wasted time and 15 miles RT. Otherwise, experience with this branch was very good; hence, the mixed rating.

As it is in the Agricultural market, it so goes in the banking business. I’m not looking for a relationship, I have been married to the same beautiful person for 48 years. I love Chase because they care about their customers and that is what most folks are looking for in a bank.

This location will not cash verifiable personal checks. The Managers can be replaced by ATMs that take cash deposits. (THEN WE WOULDN'T NEED TO CHARGE FEES HUH?!!!) The entire visit in store could be replaced by the app, they showed no willingness to find a resolution for my financial problem that brought me in for services anyway. The irony in the statement, "... replaced by app..", is when I opened my account I needed to create a "digital wallet", and wait until a card arrived in the mail to use digital transactions or ATM/debit purchases. I was especially disappointed in this because the primary reason to open the account was for convenience and location, Chase could save alot of money on taxes and Fees if they replaced that building with an ATM location. I needed that money available immediately when I opened this account, just as I need it now. They (Chase Bank) wants to assume no risk in financial markets, they only want to collect on investments with OUR money. I can do that. This all started because they would not cash a personal check. The dollar used to be a promise note. A "Check" was a "Check" because financial institutions could verify amounts before a transfer, the amount would be "credit" to your account and you become responsible for it and the consequences, with no prior concerns benefit of doubt should be given with account. IM IN BEFORE THE DOLLAR DEFLATES AND Bitcoin SPECIFICALLY BECOMES THE "GOLD STANDARD". E-Gold. The difference between Human and Machine is Emotion. A computer could do everything for me you provided this week. After these experiences would Chase give me a loan? Would I leave my money to a financial institution that has these ethics? Where would my money go and should I support this institution? Fact, Bank of America almost went bankrupt when rumor of the impending bankruptcy spread and masses began transferring money from accounts. Can I print my own money? What makes crypto so valuable? Is it because someone put a price on it GIVING it value? I I had a million Bitcoins, at this writing standing above $60k a piece and I sold them, who could handle such a transfer of wealth and would the transfer be worth it? What happens to the value of the rest in circulation? Moral is I understand why *named* check cashing couldn't cash my check, they couldn't verify it, they charge a fee for the risk. My bank should have made funds available immediately. My other account said they would make it available but I am unable to commute at time of writing, the reason for opening this account was location and convenience. Don't bank with Chase.

I have been around the block once or twice when it comes to banks and credit unions. I switched to Chase about a year ago when I had finally had it with my other bank. I thought of Chase as just another large bank but now I feel like the people who work at the branch at Belterra are like family. I get treated like it's a small bank but I get the advantage of having branches everywhere. And while I do own several small businesses so the treatment might be slightly better than when I was a college student, I see other bank patrons being treated exactly the same way that I am treated. It is such a friendly and helpful atmosphere, that I am kind of pushy with my friends about making them switch to Chase. I LOVE my bank now!!!
