I've been a customer at Chase for years, and the service is never great, but it's also never this abysmally poor either. This has to be the worst possible branch location. The "high net worth" banker (Angel) was rude, unhelpful, and terrible. And the manager (Nora) was even worse. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location.

Very bad attitude from the people, I came to change coins from the business and made faces between them as if one didn't know what they were talking about, it's money anyway and in the end I won't return to this fucking place if the zero star existed zero would be my rating ? ??

The manager and employee were extremely rude when I came into fax over my paperwork for my name change. I worked with a different location in Austin where I was informed by the employee at the location and confirmed with the credit card department I could come in to fax it. Without even attempting to find a fax number in their system they handed me back the paperwork and they both walked away without saying anything else.

I needed to write a positive review bc after seeing the negative ones i am shocked. Ive only visited twice. Once for a transaction and another time for a complicated fixing of the first (due to my error). It took a bit of pushing, but eventually they helped me out. I will say though that they usually only have one or two tellers, so be prepared to spend 20 min here. They rarely answer phone here, but no chase branch does

This is regarding Chase Bank in general. I had 3 accounts with Chase. My original Freedom account, Southwest Airlines account and an Amazon account. The Amazon account was closed in the beginning of the year. Amazon had trouble. My original account had a fraudulent charge so I called and requested a new card. "Ok, no problem" HA. I got a new card. The problem is, it was issued under the CLOSED Amazon account. Therefore WORTHLESS. I called to find out why the new card didn't work. It took at least 4 times explaining the circumstances to the person on the phone. After a very long pause she apologized and suggested I just open a new account. Not if they were the only bank in town. I'm also going to close the Southwest card and loose all those points. I'm stunned at the incompetence of a financial institution. Delete a good account and issue a card on a CLOSED ACCOUNT that had been closed months prior. Totally unbelievable. If your money is with them - good luck.

Chase bank sucks!! They have held my payroll checks for entire months and when I call and ask why they just tell me "we do that sometimes". If you are living alone and supporting yourself do not go with chase, they will not support you. It's like they don't want you to make money. Not only that but I've tried to do direct deposits as well. My employer will send the money and it just won't show up in my account. I do not recommend.

Worse bank to ever work with made me wait for a check I’ve already gotten paid for and I will be canceling any and all work being done with them immediately!!!!!!

Kamal has been an incredible help getting my personal and business accounts set up. I am so thankful to have had him in my corner to advise me and help push admin through that would have otherwise been time consuming and complicated. Thanks again Kamal!

Extremely poor service. Never coming to this branch again. Arrived and waited more than 20 minutes for a teller to assist me. Waited in front of an older customer who decided to have a long conversation about irrelevant matters to Vanessa, the teller. After finally being able to talk to a teller, I was told I could not cash a check because the entity that wrote the check did not have a chase account. I’ve never heard of such an excuse.

Michelle, the teller at the counter, was very kind and patient. Replace a couple of debit cards after my wallet had been compromised. She was very thorough and patient and I really appreciate that.

I don't understand all the criticism of a satellite branch; this is obviously not a full service location. The location clearly precludes any kind of drive-through. There are never any lines, and the staff are friendly.p.s., I get rolls of quarters there all the time. That was a weird complaint.
