I had no idea what I was getting so the girls helped me with a beautiful tulip arrangement for my wife. Excellent service and very good prices. The staff was very cheerful and friendly and I will be back.

After reading your response I can promise you I was at your shop in Janurary and Paetyn Foss is my legal name. I was with two other people that also observed the same uninviting enviornment of Charlottes Fiesta Flowers. I didnt purchase anything because of the terrible experience i had just being in the establishment.
the internal enviornment was uninviting, all of the employees appeared to be engaging in flirtatious interactions amongst each other and the owner seemed to favor her male employees in a manner that could be percieved as inappropriate or overly indulgent, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere, not to mention the frantic disorganized nature of the overall business that i felt upon arrival. It was also apparent that they receive a significant number of onerous phone complaints on quality & order accuracy.

Paid for vs received
First off, they stated that the item was delivered when it wasn’t when I was at home all day and I have cameras up , it was a gift to me that my mother in law sent because I just lost my mother. She wanted it to be a surprise but when I didn’t mention I received anything she asked me. She then called and they said they would deliver another one. So this time I saw someone show up took a picture of the address at my house then come and ring the doorbell. I got the small basket and took a picture and sent it to her to let her know I received it. So then informed me that is not what the picture looked like that she ordered. She then showed me a picture of what she ordered. A bigger basket which should have beet at least 3 different flowers and be 12 inches by 12 1/2 inches. What I received was a six inch basket where the deletions were 8 inches by 9 inches. With a few dead flowers on it and a dead leaf .When I found out she paid $70 for this I was so upset. What kind of business are you lying when you say you delivered something when you didn’t and reading your reviews on Yelp, it’s not the first time. And why cheat people out of what they ordered? You should feel ashamed!

Have used Charlotte’s for a few last-minute orders and they are responsive and accommodating. The product quality matches any other provider, and the people are friendly. Unlike some other providers, this is a *flower shop* run by people who care about flowers and the people who buy them.

Delivery man was very pleasant, the flowers delivered were underwhelming to say the least. I can tell these flowers are not fresh. This arrangement has been in the cooler for days, if not a week. Roses completely blown open and others wilted. Large empty hole in the middle, I should have taken a picture before I put them in a different vase to make it look better. And I’m no florist.

Ordered some flowers from 1-800 Flowers Lovely Lavender Medley for my partner after a family pet passed. Came before the expected delivery time and looks exactly as pictured. Will probably order flowers again and show up in person.

So my best friend send me flowers and paid extra for it to be delivered on Valentine's Day. She didn't find out until she texted me Friday morning(two days later) that it was never delivered. Where the heck the flowers that was supposedly delivered on valentines day went? Then it took them 6 days later to re-deliver it on 2/20. I don't understand why they couldn't have just re-deliver it immediately instead of waiting 6 days later!!! My friend never got refunded her extra fee for it to be delivered on Valentine's Day but it might be an issue with 1800 flowers. So unprofessional!!!!

My husband brought flowers days before Valentine’s Day to delivered in our home because he was out of country. Everything was fine until they called in the same day it was supposed to be delivered saying that won’t be able to delivered the flowers. Just asking if he wants to cancel the order. It was too late to call another company to make the right delivery or to buy other flowers so it was delivery one day after today at 6pm.So disappointed. Don’t buy it.

The flowers here are very nice, good quality. However, their delivery service is the absolute worst. On Valentine's Day when it really counts, their delivery person just couldn't get it right. 1. They delivered to the wrong office building. 2. They left the flowers outside of the main entrance. 3. When alerted that the flowers had been taken to the wrong place, they did retrieve them. However, they then left them outside of the main entrance to the correct building. I'm not sure how they intend to ensure any delivery gets to the right person if this is their practice. Absolute worst customer service.

Andrew was incredible to work with at Charlotte’s! Called with a request at the last minute and they had the bouquet and petals delivered within 2 hours! Best experience I’ve had with a flower shop and they truly went above and beyond.

Received a Charlotte’s cornucopia full of beautiful flowers. It was gorgeous and continues to look beautiful. This is the second floral arrangement I have received from Charlotte’s. Both have been impressive in terms of design and longevity. Great job!

Sent a friend flowers for Thanksgiving and worked with Erica on a custom order. My friend loved the arrangement and sent me photos. It was better than I had hoped for. I couldn't be happier with Charlotte's product and service. I will be using them again when I need flowers sent in Austin.
