I have worked with him to procure supplies for my law firm for over 25 years (and followed him when he went to new office supply companies through the years). I was able to get hand sanitizer, masks, sprays, and a ton of other PPE for my classroom. Only place I could find it and helpful customer service!

One of their delivery drivers merged directly into the side of my car causing serious damage. He wasn't carrying a work ID, or even a drivers license, and the insurance card in the van was expired. Management was unapologetic and evasive about getting me updated insurance info (and when they finally did get the number it proved to be made up). If this is the way they treat an accident imagine how they will treat your business. Avoid at all costs.

We have ordered our office supplies from Longhorn for years, but since we moved out to Georgetown the service has been very hit and miss. I work alone most of the time so if I order supplies I have to be in the office to receive them. Today I waited all day and they never showed up. Our office is a little tricky to find thanks to the city of Georgetown rerouting our road, but our phone still works. If you can't find us, call.

I brought an almost functioning Corona Smith and left with a fully functional Super Sterling Corona Smith!!! Ruben a honest, talented engineer who delivers with quality. I was very impressed with his turn-around and I couldn't ask for anything more! Service also came with a 90 day warranty. Amazing find considering the age of this technology. Thanks again!!!!

We just got our first order from LOP and couldn't be happier with the service, prices and products. I always do comparison shopping to find the best prices, but order local when prices are similar. Longhorn gives us the best of both! Best prices from a local company providing jobs in Texas. The delivery guy was super nice and offered to put the heavy items where they will be stored. I don't get that kind of service from UPS. You'd be crazy to order online from Amazon, Walmart, or Office Depot.

I'm pretty shocked these folks don't have any good reviews, much less any reviews at all! They are wonderful! Very friendly, upbeat and always helpful. If you don't have a product number, they will do their best to help you find what you need! If you happen to receive the wrong product they have very simple returns, basically no questions asked. I've placed large and small orders and they always deliver the next day with free shipping in Austin. All in all they are: Excellent customer service! Fast Friendly Helpful Simple and have a HUGE inventory of products.
