I had a great experience, I went to look for a dress at the last minute after going to many stores, this was where I found a variety in my size, I am an L or XL. Look, I had up to a size 4XL and many stores do not carry that size and that was something that made me happy. The girl who was serving was pleased, she was helping a fifteen-year-old and she still took the time to help me measure my dress. Honestly, I will go again. I highly recommend it! Excellent service and another thing I liked was that even if you don't have an appointment, they attend to you and don't charge you for measuring your dresses.

We came in with no appointment and they still helped us try on quinseñera dresses. We didn’t feel rushed and she kept asking my daughter if there was anything else she would like to try on. Long story short, she found the dress. We couldn’t be more happy with the smooth process of everything! Definitely 10/10

A bad experience, half a dress they had used and their punctuality service to pick up the dress was very bad and they gave me the dress torn and poorly ironed, I do not recommend it at all

Underrated location! We have visited several stores and none can compare to the value this place has to offer. My daughter was shopping for a Quinceañera dress. We got to try on dresses for FREE. Most places charge a for the appointment and for extra dress try-ons. Honestly, I understand why. The woman that helped my daughter lace up and unlace dresses had her work cut out for her and not to mention the dresses are heavy. We never felt rushed during the entire process nor did we get pressured to buy anything. I do recommend setting an appointment. We were welcomed and seen at the hour of our appointment. They had a very wide selection in store as well as in their catalogs. I was even able to get a great price on a maxi crinoline. 10/10 Highly recommend this location!

Every time I’ve come to this store it’s been a great experience, regardless whether I find a dress or not. I am surprised at seeing low reviews from the past, maybe it was a different store employee(??).
My mom and other ladies in my family have also purchased something here or are doing alterations with them for an upcoming wedding. The store attendants are always so nice and helpful, especially Lupita, who’s been working with us the past few times. Prices are fair for the dresses and the alterations! Thank you guys, and hope you continue offering such pretty options!

The ? were beautiful, but the attention was very bad, in my experience, once the dress was paid for it was as if it no longer existed, they did not have the attention as a business to offer anything else like the crown, the worst thing was that I left the ? for alteration , and almost 2 months later (the date they gave me to pick it up) they told me that it was not ready yet, and not only that; The dress was still in the store, in all that time they did nothing to it, the manager only answered that this had been told to me the day I left it, (obviously that was not the case) and on top of that they were hoping that I would give them more time. (My daughter's quinceñera would be in less than a month) I just went to the store, picked up the dress and waited for my money back. Of course, I also expected an apology, at least; and in the end my daughter had to wear the dress, it being a little too big for her. Definitely if you buy there, do not use them for alteration of the ?

worst service out there. that teenage girl in there with the long nails was so unhelpful, when i asked her if i could order the same dress online on their website she said she didnt know how to and would maybe call someone to figure it out next week. lazy employees, and overpriced

Went in this evening looking for a ball gown and found an absolutely beautiful dress. The lady who helped me was so nice and really helpful. Can't wait to pick up my dress after alterations? Thank you for all of your help!
