Used to be with Cricket and liked them a lot, so I decided to switch back to them. Got 2 sim cards and paid for them and the plan. They took out $101. Got the cards and tried to put them in my phones, but the phones were incompatible, even though I was told I could use them. Chatted and tried to get a refund on a service I couldn't use and was told no. I could understand if I had set up an account and activated the phone, but I couldn't even do that. I should have just used the $100 to pay ahead on my current service, or pay off some bills. All Cricket cares about is money. Hope they go under.
