Due to some medical challenges, my 73 year old Mom's car had been sitting up, un-driven for six months. It was completely filthy inside and out. I brought car to Cesar's in Tarrytown and afterwards all we could say was WOW!! The car was show room ready!! Excellent service. Excellent pricing. I mean the quality of work and customer service was absolutely outstanding.

I'm reading the other reviews, and, yes, I agree that it is a little hard to get in if you aren't a member. You have to text Ceasar himself. It took a couple of days, and I even dropped by to get his number, but once I did get in, I got a full detail, and my old car looks spotless, beautiful, and shiny shiny shiny! I love it. I'm tempted to become a member -- they clean your car every two weeks and you get priority over lazy one-offs like me -- but I had to look deep into my heart and decide: hey, am I the kind of snappy person who takes their car in to be cleaned every two weeks? or am I the kind of l**** who waits eight months until the sap and dirt and crud is thick and the inside smells old coffee? Well, I have dreams of being a better person, but let's face it, who wants to spend their time dropping off their every two weeks? I have bigger dreams.

I had an amazing experience at Ceasar's! I must've been pretty lucky that day as they were able to accommodate me in on zero notice. They finished the car in about 2 hours and left it just like new, I was smiling ear to ear after seeing their work on the car I brought in. I would definitely go back again and recommend to anyone that wants a detailed wash all around!Services: Auto detailing

I tried to takey car in for a wash and detail and was told I needed a membership, which costs $1,000/yr. Really?!?!

I'm shocked at how bad my experience was at Ceasar's. Called and shared it was an older truck that needed some love and was told $220 for full detail - seemed pricey but I assumed they must be worth it since so many nice cars when I drive by. Took three days to get appointment because he said he had "so many member cars" - so I dropped it off at Friday AM and they voluntarily told me repeatedly it would be ready that day. By end of day - no call - so I rang and asked the status. Said he'd finish it in the AM and sorry he had not called but that again he had "so many members" drop off that he had to push me off. No prob - I'm patient and it's a second car. Now here comes the good part: I show up and was told it's is $240 not $220 as quoted - because "it's a truck". Ok, I thought - I'll just roll with it because I knew it was older and needed the extra love and I'm just not someone to short change a hard job. As I start walking through the job and notice the smudges of sticky stuff I specifically asked to get off are still there. She goes back to get a rag and must have rolled her eyes at the boss/owner who was cleaning another car. He says to her (presuming I can't hear?) "it's an old truck, it's not going to be a new car!". I obviously hear and try as kindly as possible to say - "I understand it's an old truck and I'm not expecting perfection, but I just paid $240 to detail it and the sticky stuff is 3 days old and should come off". His response - "I'm just telling her to do her best and that it might not come off. Don't get fussy!" WTF - did the owner of a detail business that charges a premium just tell a woman to not get "fussy"....about removable spots on a car that is being detailed?!?! Why, YES, he did. The young woman gets a rag and puts some modest elbow grease on it and, voila, sticky stuff comes of....with water. No big deal. So then I point out that the truck bed is still dirty (see picture) and I'm told "we don't really do truck beds so we did the best we can". I'm confused...didn't I just pay $20 more than quoted because "it's a truck"?! So apparently you pay for being a truck but don't deserve an even modestly cleaned TRUCK bed?! I thought about complaining further but with the complete lack of attention to "detail", condescending owner, and ridiculously low quality of work for the price - I decided I'll just leave and never go there again....and make sure my neighbors know about the experience! Trust me - I could have gotten myself very worked up about this. I thought about driving back to demand a better job, but something tells me it wouldn't make a damn difference. The owner acts like he's got a cornered market in Tarrytown and the plethora of "member with nice cars that keep him from servicing ordinary people like me who just get in the way. Guess he doesn't realize I've lived here for 20 years and our other cars are BMW and a Range Rover - that we will be getting washed at FinishLine in WestLake because they charge less, deliver more, and show basic courtesy to their customers!

I used the valet service, so my car was picked up and delivered back to me. The attendant arrived early and was to have my car back in 2 1/2 hours. He brought my car back in about an hour. Not a good sign when I was able to spot major dirt (mud) around the trunk, and a few dirt spots on the hood. He cleaned some of it, along with some other spots on the car that had been missed. The interior was clean but all the windows had smudges around the edges, some of which he removed. The carpet still had some spots which I later removed myself. The beverage holder had an oily residue and when I wiped it out, there was a filthy residue on the cloth. It looked as though it was spritzed and not wiped out. Apparently, they ran it through, but did not check to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned. So my car was okay clean, but with poor attention to detail. The attendant had a bad attitude and seemed annoyed that I asked him to attend to the omissions. For the cost I assumed I would not have to finish the job myself. I will not be returning.
