When I first posted this review, I gave these guys five stars. However, I now have to give them one star for the following reasons. Before you even consider sending one penny to this company, search the Travis County, Texas clerk of courts website, and you can find all the lawsuits from disgruntled investors. Also, call the American Association of Private Lenders and ask them for a reference and hear what they have to tell you.1: they refused to communicate with investors2: they refuse to send reports to investors3: they have numerous lawsuits filed against them due to disgruntled investors, not receiving their distributions, or reports about their accounts.4: on the latest tax return, they had roughly $60 million in the fund but the last time they reported on their assets, they only accounted for $30 million. They refused to say what happened to the other $30 million.5: I personally spoke to the fund manager and I told him everybody wants to know what happened to the $30 million and I suggested that he have a teleconference to explain. He committed verbally to that teleconference in November but three months later he still refuses to communicate where the funds are.6: they have been barred from the American Association of Private Lenders due to ethics issues.For full disclosure, I am including my original review below:These guys are great. I have invested with them for almost 10 years, and the returns have been wonderful with no volatility in a down market.

This company does noting but membership drives, collects money and strings its members along! Do NOT!

Not only has this company not returned invested funds that were due back in May 2019, but they continue to be completely unresponsive to email and phone calls. Worst service ever and I really wish I had not invested with them.

Their construction crew knocked out power on our block, snapped a cable line in half and left it in our yard. The company has ignored our calls and will not return messages.
