I was so excited to come to this store today. Unfortunately I was bullied by three female employees in the back who were folding jeans commenting on my outfit. I wore a dress and heels after church and they actively made me feel unwelcome by pointing at me and exclaiming “EW”! I also overheard them talking about not working in a while, please keep them off the schedule or continue to scare away business.

Three employees at cash register area. One standing around, one folding clothes, and one person checking out a family buying 3 pairs of boots, a blazer, and two pairs of jeans. Line has me + 3 other customers. Been standing in line for 10 mins and nobody at the store can run a 2nd register. Madness.

Went to see if my straw hat could be reshaped. I kindly asked the guy at the counter if I could, no kind of helpful information he could've enlightened me with instead he just said " yeah that's not happening. " zero hospitality, do not recommend them for your hat needs.

I recently visited Cavender's for Western wear and found a vast selection of boots for men, women, and kids. However, my experience was marred by the lack of customer service. Despite being ready to purchase boots, there was no assistance available for sizing or questions, leading me to resort to Google for answers. Disappointingly, I only left with a Stetson hat. Additionally, false advertising near the hats claimed a 20% discount on wool hats, but employees were unaware and could only apply a 15% discount. This inconsistency and poor service led me to give Cavenders one star, and I won't be returning.

We all gotta love Cavenders, it’ reminds me of my childhood and of my step dad he was a big cowboy, I’m glad there still around I love this place , feels so cozy and there always helping .

This is in south Austin came in looking for a new pair of work boots and they were having a tent sale. Great prices outside. If you do a little digging, there's some good deals kids and adults and women hats shoes, jeans. Went inside to find my work boots And such a large selection love having options store is very clean and had great customer service a pair of boots I wanted were not on the shelf that showed in the store and the gentleman spent extra time finding them in the back. I really appreciate great service and will definitely be back. I've been wanting some cowboy boots anyway.

When coming in side the store it was nice wen to look at cowboy hat no one wood help out on looking for a hat or anything the employees would just be staying around talking to one and nother and no help with anything so that why I will not come back to the store

The selection here was amazing. My wife and I each bought boots and the staff were extremely helpful.
