Brought my custom 2k suit to get dry cleaned and the button was ripped off. When I addressed it with her she told me it was my problem. Then did an awful job repairing it. Never bring your clothing here

This place is so sloppy. 3/4 times I go there it's randomly closed, and the staff acts like they're doing me a favor by delivering what I paid for. Today there was a sign that they would be back in ten minutes....took about 40. When I complained, the woman was combative. Additionally, another girl waiting was asking for a refund for a ruined dress and they refused and blamed her. Just totally bad business.

Sloppy business. Information on the store front door says they close at 7, they actually close at 5. Staff indicated they have no intention of changing the door sign. I went by again and all of a sudden they are cash only. Sure wish I could just get my overpriced order instead of having to make several trips.

Took my suit here to be dry-cleaned for a business meeting. Damaged my suit and returned it with cuts/holes in both the pants and suit jacket. Claimed it could not have happened at their location and offered me a $30 store credit. I did not feel like arguing so I denied the store credit since I wouldn't trust them to ever handle my dry cleaning again.

This dry cleaner ruined a $175 cashmere sweater that was a little over a month old. After a month of in person visits, calls, texts, and emails, the owner offered me $30 without any basis for the amount and simply said it looks like a moth damaged it.I actually reported the business to the Austin Better Business Bureau because I was so incredibly frustrated by the lack of initiative and time it took to get a response from the owner. I hope this review or a fine from the BBB costs the company more than my $175 sweater

I went to Cathys cleaner and gave them a good amount of stuff including 3 cashmere sweaters. Each cashmere sweater that was returned to me was completely wrinkled on the back and because of the sticky hanger that they used the dark blue one now has a discolored streak. Considering the high price this is unacceptable.

This is the worst dry cleaning experience I have ever had in my entire life. They ruined my tuxedo jacket! They put stains all over the jacket! They re-cleaned my jacket and added even more! On top of all that when I asked for a refund they held my clothes hostage! Not only that they were extremely rude to me and combative! Beyond terrible! Do not go to this place.

I’ve been going to Cathy’s cleaners for 5 years now and I have never had a problem with a single article of clothing. I’ve had buttons replaced, hems redone, dry cleaning and zippers replaced and have had nothing but great experiences. Consider yourself lucky to have Cathy’s nearby.
