Over all, got a good deal today on jewelry, knives, pocket multi tool, and a tool clip for power tools. I will check this place for more good deals next time I visit Austin.

I just left this place. And before I could even say what it was that I was trying to pawn. They were already Trying to tell me that they don’t take those things anymore. I said y’all don’t even know what to do that. I’m trying to pawn . They said. that I can try and take them to the other pawnshop that their ex-coworker works at now.

The new general manager is a joke. I went in and bought four gaming systems from him, I left my money at work so I told one of my employees to go and get my cash and bring it by and buy the items. My employee comes back to work with the consoles and he has the consoles but 3 out of 4 are missing power cables and adapters. I called and said hey we are missing the cords. He tells me did you ask if it came with them, I said no I just assumed they did. He said we’ll go buy some and will reimburse you with an attitude, I said no thanks I just want my money back, he said ok just come to the store. I come back upset because he had an attitude on the phone and he hands me a bag with all the controllers and cables. I said thanks but I don’t want it anymore. He said well since you have all the cables now I will not be refunding. That’s when I went off and told him I would never be back there and just lost my mind. He repeatedly was rude and said I’m sorry you feel that way. While all this is going on the lady who usually helps me walks in and I tell her the situation, she has always been sweet and I’m sorry she was brought into this. I spend a ton of money at pawn shops because I resell on EBay. I have told all the employees at the pawn shops I go to around Austin about this experience and they said that was totally unacceptable.

Best pawn shop I've been to! Lee and Eric both went out of their way to help me and give me a good experience, unlike the typical staff at other pawn shops. I will be coming back here next time I need to pawn anything. Thanks so much for the great customer service guys! 5 Stars!

honestly not sure why there are bad reviews here-I've been able to get fair and helpful loans here quite often. Most recently, Eric assisted me with a sizable loan on a laptop; he offered more than I initially asked, and was friendly and explained the terms clearly. I rarely write reviews, but was surprised by the amount of negativity being thrown at this and a couple other locations I happen to know from experience are decent folks, doing their best to help you out when they can.

Absolutely unprofessional.says they open at 7 I arrived at 730 and called and they said they could not give me a time when they would open. Completely disrespectful and very poor customer service.i suggest you go somewhere else .

Drove up to do some shopping. That's my thing on Saturday 6.6.20. Big sign on door, "Masks required to enter". Placed looked deserted... now I know why. I left. What a disappointment... guess they are stuck in the Virus Panic mode.
