Antonio at Oltorf location is the best he takes care of his customers always has a courteous professional attitude, much different from the other staff. Antonio stands out he appreciates values loyal customers. This store will lose a lot of customers when he leaves. The atmosphere at cash America is changing as a lot of new workers are impatient, lazy, rude or incompetent, give you low-ball or pennies on dollar for gold. Thankyou Antonio for your excellent customer service.

First of all to all you silly billy birds giving them a 1 star rating go and humble yourself period. Sorry you’re not satisfied ever. Go touch some grass. Anyways I personally love them and have a great experience there. They help out so much and are positive. I go there often and they have the best deals. The price doesn’t even matter if that’s what you really want. People don’t understand that pawn shops are different when it comes to payments. And the layway is just top tear if you wanna complain and talk about them saying other pawnshops have better prices. Then go to your better price don’t go to my amazing pawnshop near my tias and try to put a foot down there. Cuz that’s just a waist of time energy and breathe. I love that store I might even work there one day. Just to go off on an ungrateful human being. Whoever pawned their stuff here make sure they have all your stuff. I pawned a few stuff and well i guess my earring’s were never documented but they gave me money for it. Also was making payments on a extension never made payments on what i owed . This place / people will rip you off & steal from you.

If you are going to pawn something I highly suggest for you to go to Smart Pawn on Menchaca. They are very helpful and won’t rip you off. Cash america offered $15 for a T.V in perfect condition. When smart pawn offered $100. Also what this place fails to understand that if a customer has good history with their store and pays on time (good pickup rate) they do not care and will lowball you to the fullest extent. Unlike smart pawn who actually recognizes a good customer with good pickup rate history.
