Run away from the Laserwash bay! I paid $14 for “THE WORKS,” my car came out with dry soap spots because of a water leak. The nozzle tips couldn't get enough pressure to remove even the soap, let alone the dust from my ride. Don't waste your money.

I come here often first thing in the morning before any employees or anything show up. Does a decent job on the car and nobody bothers me. Rather relaxing place to clean the ride up.

The water pressure was a little low and I had difficulty getting underneath fenders cleaned correctly . The place was fairly clean, and it was okay other than the water pressure .

****WORST PLACE TO WASH YOUR CAR****I dont review many places but everyone should know this place is horrible! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The old man there came over to my vehicle after being parked there for no more than 5 minutes searching my vehicle for quarters to start the car wash. He got extremely close to my window and demanded that I leave even after I explained that I was looking for more quarters to use the machine longer. Extremely rude and unfriendly. Do not go to that place it's a really terrible experience and they are a rip off. I felt like he profiled me because my windshield had a Crack in it and the way my passenger was dressed.

The nozzle is slow to transition to the next choice, like wax to soap to rinse… and the spot free ain’t no spot free! Plus there is no timer so you just suddenly stop or you dump a bunch of quarters in.
Leaves hard residue so make sure to dry it!

I used the automated car wash. I paid for a deluxe wash. The machine didn't spray any soap. I was out the same way I got in: dirty. But now muddy because of the mixture of the dirty car and the water. The dryer doesn't work either. No phone number is provided on the receipt not in the car wash area to call and ask for s refund or place a complain.

DUMP WASH not a car wash. This place is a scam. Can't believe Austin allows this place to conduct business. WORST PLACE. DO NOT USE. THEY DON'T RESPECT OR APPRECIATE CUSTOMERS. I'LL NEVER RETURN. One dollar for a really really quick one minute wash. Then, I put more quarters in and it took my money. Then, I put another $1 and I counted to 30 before it stopped. My entire car still covered with soap. I drove away. I REFUSE TO GIVE THIS PLACE ANOTHER HARD EARNED CENT. I wouldn't be disappointed if they would simply put how many seconds/minutes we get for a dollar or what ever. Then, the vacuum is the same.

Terrible place, gives you 30 seconds for 1 dollar. Couldn’t get the car completely washed before I ran out of time with 6$. Don’t come here.
