“The experience was very fast and efficient. I rented online, my plane landed well after closing but there were still a few people working. I was surprised at how quickly we were directed to a vehicle and was able to get moving. I was also surprised at how quickly we were able to drop off the car. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and any interaction was done while unloading our luggage, I think she was finished before we finished unloading. The vehicle itself was in perfect shape.”

“Great service, with a smile! I made a last minute reservation with budget (literally 20min beforehand), and when I showed up, their counter service professional far exceeded my expectations. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and sorted out his current inventory not matching my reservation car class issue quickly and easily with an upgrade. Upon returning the vehicle, the customer service was above and beyond. Well done Budget! We have used this location before, and will use it again! I love that they are local and super convenient too!”

“They did not have a Camry, which I was disappointed by, but they gave me a choice, and I kept jumping from car to car to feel which one was more comfortable and worked. I couldn’t find the key in the first one and they couldn’t either it took a few minutes, but I finally found a car that I liked. I did not think I went in a Special lane where you had to pay a fee I tried to stay out of it, but I got a notice saying that I did and I was charged a fee what the toll was”
“Great service here by Pamela on a short notice rental. The process was smooth and fast, the car looked new, in perfect condition. I wish there was some more guidance for renters regarding EV charging, as it's not as straight forward as regular fuel and it was easy to find. Great service from the team here overall, I'll be returning for my future rental needs.”
