“Superman works for Budget/Avis! I cannot say enough positive things about Marc. He went above and beyond and was so very helpful during a very stressful time. We were cruising along 290 heading to see our Grandkids in the Houston area when, out of nowhere, our rental car simply stopped. We were in the middle of construction traffic of course and were able to get to the side of the road. Long story short (too late) - we called Marc, told him of the drama we were in and asked him if we could bring the car to him and get a replacement (this was at about 30 minutes before closing time.) His response - just get here by 6:00 and I'll handle it, which he did! We were on the cusp of having to find a place to stay in Austin and miss seeing our grandkids for another day or get a replacement car and get to hug our grandkids that night. Marc made it the latter and we are forever grateful to him.

“Used Enterprise when my car was in the body shop. They picked me up from the shop and took me to their location. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They asked if I wanted their additional insurance, but didn’t pressure or make me feel badly for not taking it. The guys were very professional and kind. The car was clean and in excellent condition. When it came time for drop-off, I was able to leave the rental at the body shop, and then they later retrieved it. It was a very smooth experience, and I highly recommend this location. My need for a car occurred during one of the company’s busiest times, as people arrived from around the country to attend a music festival. Enterprise team members stayed in touch to help me plan for a date I could surrender my car for repairs and begin relying on their rental.
The rental car was available exactly when the team said it would be, and so the repair process began promptly. A representative picked me up at the repair shop and took me directly to their office. Within minutes, I drove out of their lot.
