As a parent of an incoming freshman I needed help identifying the best laptop for a civil engineering major. Madeline and Felix were very helpful. I’m not a techie and they took the time to explain the best options that would provide enough computing power and still be within my price range. I was having a stressful week because of finals and to make matters worse my Bluetooth earbuds stopped working. This team really assisted me with my purchase and made sure I was getting a good deal. They looked up the specs of the earbuds and talked me through what I was buying. This was an amazing experience and I’d go back for any of my tech needs.
