Update: their reply sounds like as in "it was just an unexpected knock, but no, that was not the case, specially around MIDNIGHT hard strong kicks on front door". Please avoid first floor apartments if possible for safety. I don't have a camera, but I suggest to get a camera irrespective of floorI loved this place until very recently, I had a very life threatening experience at Camden. Someone attempted break in while I was in unit.Maintenance staff is the best, specially Brian and Velma. Camden office staff will not offer much help, other than 911 or 311 calls. This community really needs security guard, instead of technology package.. Let's pay for security guard instead of technology package.I ended up paying hefty lease breakage fee because of the safety issues. I really wish that Camden should have worked with me in transferring me to another unit without transfer fee.

I like living here but I wish this place would update with the times and add a parcel delivery area to protect our packages and add an electric vehicle charging station. These are things that any apartment should provide and will only add to the luxury.

Have lived with Camden for almost 4yrs and specially at Huntingdon for almost 3yrs. They have always been excellent and responsive. Brian always comes to resolve any maintenance issues I have in a timely and efficient manner, no matter how big or small. He’s amazing.

Great place overall.Maintenance staff is amazing. They are quick to resolve any issues and are on top of regular maintenance like switching out air filters, batteries, etc.Things that can be better - Gates work maybe 70% of the time.Parking spots near some buildings are too compact.

Local camden team has been so supportive and professional during our stay for last 1 and half years. Specially Bryan, anytime we have any emergency issue or regular maintenance, does not matter day and night, he helps us out. Amazing!

I've been here my almost 7 years. I have had some maintenance issues and the team is top notch. If I have an issue, Bryan is the one who shows up. He has always been able to fix the issues I have had at my apartment. Simple things like outlet replacement to HVAC work, garage door troubleshooting, and Exterior gate maintenance, He and the team here has been able to fix whatever issues I have reported. The management team has changed, but the maintenance team has been steady.

We’ve lived at Camden Huntingdon for almost a year and will certainly renew our lease barring any ridiculous rent increase. The apartments are very well managed and maintained. The office staff is responsive to issues brought to them and have been communicative regarding issues or maintenance being done at the complex. Special shout out to Bryan and the maintenance team who always respond asap to issues and always get the issue resolved in a timely manner.A few downsides include silly fees like $25/month pet rent, $35 valet trash. Unfortunately, it seems fees like these are becoming unavoidable, at least in nicer apartments. The parking spaces are also way to small in some parts of the complex, although this is apparently due to regulations requiring x number of spaces to exist. There are a few other minor inconveniences that will likely exist at any apartment. Ultimately, we love living at Camden Huntingdon and have no plans to leave anytime soon

Best apartment I have stayed in so far. The move-in process was very smooth, and the maintenance team is quick to respond (either on the same-day visit or the next day).

I moved here back and July and have not run into a single issue. The staff is great, very responsive and maintenance is always quick to respond. Last week, I put in a request to fix my garbage disposal and it was done within 12 hours. Neighbors are extremely nice and have never felt unsafe.

These are hands down the BEST apartments I've ever leased at! The staff, management, and maintenance team are all so great and really strive to make living here such a great experience. I can't say enough about they're amazing maintenance team though, they're so good at tending to any service request within 24 hours.Thank you Camden!!
