The stay was fine, but I was charged 3 times for the stay. Hotel management does not take responsibility nor does Choice Hotels network. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable for a business trip but you should only consider it if you can get the booking made with an organization that has some customer service and I highly advise against doing business directly with Choice Hotels or with with the hotel itself, as they do not even respond to customer emails.

First of all when you walk in the door The scent is amazing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the overall hotel was breathtaking. This hotel is on some of the nicer places that I’ve been to and some Hyatt hotels and Hilton hotels could not hold a candle to this one. The breakfast was good and everyone is polite. I also love the blue water bottle That they give you when you asked for water. Aesthetics of the restaurant are fabulous not to mention the room detail. Can’t say enough about this place I just wanna go to AUSTIN just to stay at this hotel for any reason that I can. I have never said about a hotel, but I’m saying it now. Great job.

Just finished a 4 night stay here and had great service from the team members. Front desk was notably efficient and sweet. The room was loud, as we would could hear everything our neighbors above were doing (turning on sinks, shower, footsteps, etc.). However, they were quick to replenish towels and linens. The food at the restaurant is great for hotel food, loved the nachos. Brit gave great recommendations and was lovely to talk to. I will definitely be back because the staff was so accommodating.

I wish I had taken pictures but I forgot. This hotel is very beautiful and very clean. The restaurant was good. The gym has plenty of equipment and new. I would definitely stay again.

Rooms were spacious, bright, and very clean! Will stay here again, and would book others to stay here.*Main point of this review is to shout-out the stellar front desk service from Isabella.*I arrived late to check due to some airline delays, to find that a reservation I made through a 3rd party 2 days ago had not been sent through to the hotel.Isabella at the front desk was incredible - helpful, polite, cheerful. Helped me resolve the snafu quickly, and talked to multiple representatives to do so. All while still being attentive and giving a great experience to other guests at the same time.

Don’t stay here if you are expecting a peaceful and restful night of sleep. Had the most insane experience where the guests right across from us kept on playing ding dong ditch… at 11 pm…on a Thurs night?!?!? We called the front desk and it took 3 calls before they finally offered to move us to another room, strike one for not being proactive enough. Strike two was the hotel not even confronting these rude guests or kicking them out for disrupting a basic right you would think you would get at a hotel… a decent night’s sleep?!Btw they comped us nothing for our troubles, I don’t even think they contacted the teacher who was supposed to be supervising those minors staying in that room about this. Besides the front desk staff, who have nothing to do with those rude guests, I never received an apology.

A very nice and modern hotel, well-equipped rooms with rain shower etc., free parking. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is a bit loud, but can be turned off easily. The drive to downtown takes about 20 minutes. There are few food options other than fast food in the area, but the hotel restaurant is excellent. So if the location on the motorway doesn't bother you - highly recommended!

Very nice clean hotel. Overall loved our stay. Just small things were missing like the complimentary bottled water and no pen in the room and really needed a pen to use.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at the Cambria hotel. I have been a loyal guest at Cambria hotels across the country and have always enjoyed my stays until my recent visit at your location.Upon my arrival yesterday around 6:30 PM, I encountered a series of unfortunate events that made this the worst experience I have ever had. The front desk worker, Tayler, demonstrated zero customer service skills and lacked sympathy. Her attitude, including eye-rolling, was unprofessional and unwelcoming.Although I had booked through a third-party service, there was an issue with my reservation. I appreciate the assistance provided by the Expedia representative and the friendly service I received from Fred, the bartender. However, Tayler's handling of the situation was unacceptable. Her delay in inputting my information into the system, combined with her dismissive attitude and lack of accountability, left a lasting negative impression. After Expedia called her within 20 minutes of my arrival and resolved the issue, I still had to wait nearly 3 hours for her to input my information.Furthermore, I observed Tayler spending time on Instagram while I was waiting for assistance, which is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of exceptional customer service, especially in a front desk position. If Tayler is a full-time employee, I am concerned that her behavior will drive customers away and tarnish the reputation of your establishment.Thank you for your attention to this matter. We live and work near this hotel. The bar service and food are both phenomenal! Very friendly staff and the vibe is so relaxing! Looking forward to staycations here. What a great addition to the Uptown Austin area!
