I purchased a large sectional sofa over $7k. Having done months of research before making such a purchase I thought I was making a smart purchase. Upon delivery of the sofa (white glove, paid extra) the part than was supposed to hold the sectional together wasn't sent. Took several weeks along with phone calls and emails to finally receive the piece that my husband and I had to put together, even though we had paid for the delivery men to do this.

We purchased a large sectional last July from Caffreys. I wish I could say how wonderful my experience has been, however, from the beginning there were issues with all the couch cushions collapsing. We are on our third replacement and the problem still continues. No pets in the house, 4 family members living in our home, so no reason on our end for the cushion breakdown. We are unable to get cooperation from the store or manufacturer at this point. It has been very frustrating.
