Absolutely the most rude and non helpful bank ever. All the way up to management. Do yourself a favor and avoid this bank.

I moved my business accounts from another institution TO Lone Star Capital Bank. Many reasons but basically, you get what you pay for. As an owner, to have a relationship banker that will bring me documents, make introductions to resources, answer questions and stays on top of security issues with my accounts. It is work the small fees LSCB charges. I am looking for the small town customer service with the big bank resources. This is the place. Bankers at LSCB gave out their PERSONAL cell numbers when we were all scrambling with PPP loans. NO one else does that level of service. Thank you LSCB and all your team. So impressed on every level.

Lone Star Capital Bank acquired BBT and dumped ALL FIVE YEARS of my data. You can't see check images, deposit slips, or any transactions from before July 12 2020. And their \"current statements\" stop in Feb and start up again in July but there are no individual transactions on the July statement. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BANKING. And they don't even seem to care that they have not performed any due diligence nor their duty to care for this data. Looking to do a formal complaint next.

My business has banked with BBT since they opened. The service is top notch and the staff is wonderful. I'm extremely satisfied with all they have done for me.

I can't say enough great things about working with this bank! Karen the Manager has been so great during the struggles of trying to apply for loans during these difficult financial times. I am so tired of feeling like just another number at the bigger banks and so grateful to find a bank that truly cares about their customers! We own 3 businesses and they have won all of our business!

Hey is this a bank or a prison? The doors are locked all day and I couldn't use the atm I had to use Walgreens next door. Fun fact: keep the doors open :)

Google directed me here for an after hours atm. No atm in sight. Door says no atm inside. No atm at this address.

Business Bank of Texas, an internet bank, allowed an unauthorized person access my account and send money from it using billpay to an unknown payee I've never used before. The billpay company even warned them of the suspicious transaction. Business Bank of Texas (BBOT) supposedly emailed me but there are no records in my emails anywhere - not even in the deleted history of my emails. BBOT even offered to and setup a new password for them and did not ask for any of my security questions I had setup for the account. The email correspondence from the fraud person contained grammatical errors so that should have been another red flag. After the 4th transaction which would have overdrawn my bank account, BBOT made the effort to call and tell me what happened. We have done business with Business Bank of Texas for several years. They know we don't use BillPay except for paying taxes so that should also have been a red flag along with the BillPay company's warning. I was shocked and disappointed that Business Bank of Texas would not reimburse me. In speaking with local, well-know business banks, I have learned they would have made good on the missing money without hesitation. It is my hope that Business Bank of Texas will be respectable and reimburse me for the money they were entrusted with.
