This location had clean available when needed on short notice. The process was relatively quick. The Manager( Tall, Blonde ) was very professional, prompt and courtesy, while fielding, phones calls, front desk customers, and moving cars. The Manager maintained her professional composure, during this very hectic Wednesday. Check in was a easy, just turned in the keys and then get a printout of your paid bill. Wait time to checkout 10 mins. Check in wait time 2 mins.

Nickolas is FANTASTIC. I called in having no idea how the rental car process works with Budget, and he was incredibly patient with me. He broke things down for me twice, and still answered the few questions I had after doing so with no problem. And I can be a bit annoying! He is an absolute joy, and really great at providing excellent customer service. Come to this location. 10 out of 5 stars!!!

Had to rent a car while my transmission was being replaced. However, Ron at this Budget(he only works weekends y’all) is a true OG. He waited until we were able to come back(just before closing) to be able to finish out the check in process. Ron was so amazing and empathetic to our situation and really went above and beyond. Please y’all, give Ron a raise and a weekend in Vegas or something! He earned y’all some repeat customers in us! Thank you so much, Ron!!

SCAM!! The thieves! At the beginning of August we rented a car from them and was given a car with a cracked windshield. Before taking it, they clarified whether there would be any problems when returning the car. The staff assured that no. A couple of days ago we received a notification that they were fining us $444 for cracked glass. Moreover, they first withdrew the money, then notified me.

My car was stolen and there weren’t any other options for rental places because of the storm. They wouldn’t let me rent a car because they didn’t like my debit cards claiming it had something to do with a credit freeze? It’s a debit card….never had this issue before

Avis had the friendliest, most helpful customer service. After Hertz did not have the car that I had reserved, they helped me with a car. There were a couple of other former Hertz clients in the office as well.

I would give them zero stars if it were an option. We rented a car in Naples, Italy, from 1/17 to 1/21/23. Paid in full on 1/23. On 3/20 I was charged $59.56 w/o explanation. Called on 3/29 to dispute charges. Never heard back. Called again 4/4 and was AVIS was unable to explain charge. On 4/21, I received an email indicating there was a toll missed. They wouldn't produce the bill & directed me to contact issuing authority. I did so but they never produced any proof of the charge either. I paid the $59.56. On 7/20/23 I was charged $54.86 again w/o explanation. I called on 7/20--they couldn't explain the charges. Have heard nothing since. Waisted so much time in March and now again in July. My recommendation is to with any other car rental company and save yourself headaches.

Rented a "mystery" car online and prepaid for vehicle. After turning in the "mystery" vehicle, the card onfile (which was different from the one used to book) was charged an additional $498. I guess "mystery"car = mystery price charged. Spoke w/representative who stated I should not have been charged the additional amt and would be refunded. After 3 weeks w/no refund, story has changed and I am NOT getting refunded. NEVER AGAIN BUDGET!! Too many options for trustworthy and honest companies to rent from. Plus, review won't post unless it's given a 1 star as opposed to 0 stars. Really?????? Terrible company!!

Ron was so great! My husband and I needed to swap out a rental car that was giving us troubles, and Ron was super easy to work with. So accommodating and gave us excellent customer service!

I booked this rental through Expedia and was a little apprehensive. When I arrived at the location the staff was professional, courteous and prompt. There was a bit of a hiccup with the vehicle but when I pointed it out to the owner she promptly told me she would note this on my contract. I went home needed to get air in one of the tires but there was more to the tire problem than I expected. I returned to the rental office, explained the issue and was given a replacement vehicle within 5 minutes. Still with the same professional and courteous service I had received earlier. Service with a smile, that is all the public asks and that is what I received. I would recommend this location the next time you are in the need of a rental car.

I reserved a car online. Got a very good price and the purchase was easy. I showed up and presented my credentials to Ronald. He had my keys ready before we were finished with small talk. The car was ready for me, freshly washed 10 feet from the door. I felt like I got the best car on the lot.The vehicle was a modern Ford Escape. It had some very high end features like Android Auto and had less than 30k miles. I had no issues with my rental during my entire trip.When I returned Barbara checked me back in quickly and helped me with a specific request to remove my phone from the cars pairing. She got it done quickly and I saw her take the initiative to remove everyone else who had paired their phone. These employees clearly go above and beyond when nobody is watching.I will continue to rent from here with confidence.
