Today was my first time going on Sunday to this place and the young woman who was there with long black hair did an AMAZING job! ( I wish I know her name to make my appointment with her again lol) Very professional and did my eyebrows just the way I like it!!!

It's open and is next to Granmas Tomalie restaurant! I have not experienced thier work,yet as long as they have been there theve got to be good!

I love getting my brows done here! Not only is it affordable, but they do a wonderful job every time. If I want a specific style, or want more taken off of my brows, they accommodate me. Other than the occasional promotion of a lip wax, the women are kind and respectful.

I went in yesterday (Sunday) afternoon and had a full face threading. The nice lady who did my threading did a fantastic job! I forgot to ask her name but I really appreciate her hard work. I’ve come to this business many times over the past 1-2 years and I’ve always had a great experience. Highly recommend??Service: Eyebrow threading

Absolutely horrible experience. I have half a mind to sue this place. I went for eyebrows and under arms waxing. The girl doing my waxing had absolutely no clue, she didn't even seem to heat the wax properly. It was VERY thick and sticky and I pointed this out to her several times. She pulled the strips off multiple times from the same area and despite my telling her it's hurting a lot more than usual, she didn't do anything to soothe the area. THEN she brought out thread to get the remaining hair out but every time managed to LITERALLY cut my skin off from the thread. I just told her to stop as I had no intention of getting myself cut.It's been 3 days since the visit now and my underarms are red and constantly hurting. She peeled my skin off!The girls there had no apparent experience, when asked, they couldn't even answer what kind of wax they were using.NEVER going back there again. Absolutely unprofessional!

This place is a disaster. I requested eyebrow threading and a face wax. We started with the wax. There were two girls there. Let’s go one issue at a time.I felt a little judged. My hair is very thick and I let it grow out and I felt like they exchanged looks a couple times. This is my interpretation, however.The wax they were using was terrible. It was very VERY thick. I believe it was very very old. It smelled bad, it stuck to everything, except the hair on my face.Most of my face had to be done three times, causing skin irritation and pain. It is not recommended to do areas several times over. Despite that, I went home and had to tweeze missed hairs.The girl who began waxing my face felt like she had never done it before. She randomly swapped sides of my face, pulled in different directions, and didn’t hold down the skin as she pulled or anything. She didn’t even know where things were in the shop.Combined with the horrendous wax, this was painful, uncomfortable, and took AGES. No hair wax has ever taken this long. The other lady came over eventually and sped things up and it was less terrible, as she seemed to have experience. But at that point, my skin was red and inflamed, and I just wanted everything finished.They dropped a glob of wax on my shirt. Then they proceeded to use baby oil on a cotton to try and remove that. So now, I could have removed the wax with hot water. The grease stain, combined with the wax? Not great. My shirt was ruined.My eyebrows came out okay, but man it took me an hour and a half for something that could easily have been done in 45 minutes. Never ever going back. I don’t care if some employees are better than other. But they should all be TRAINED prior to working on someone’s skin.Services: Body waxing

I went to Brows by SR recently and had my eyebrow threaded and tinted. I loved the service. Sarana did the brows for me and she was really gentle with it; she was so welcoming. Going back for a facial soon.
