I called several companies to receive quotes on changing over my insurance. I heard back from most of them the same or next day. After a week of not hearing from this company I called them back. I told them I was surprised that it was taking so long since I heard back from the other companies within 24 hours. The representative told me, "well maybe you should go with them then" and hung up the phone. Can you imagine the customer service you would receive if you needed to file a claim? Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.
