The tech overfilled my oil. They cleaned the oil in the engine bay but overfilled the engine with oil. I drove 75 miles to San Antonio and checked the oil level and it was way over max full capacity! Luckily haven’t seen any blown gaskets yet. But now I need to drain some oil before driving anywhere. Big time rookie mistake at BC :/

They did a brake job on my ‘86 F150. It’s hard to find places to work on old cars anymore and they were excited to see me. I was expecting them to have the truck for a few days to order parts and such but even with extensive work beyond just brakes they had it back to me by the end of the day. Also the communication was superb. I’ll be going back as well as sending family and friends.

I can't speak for brake check in general verbatim I only go to this one location BUT! This one location is awesome. Always honest and telling me what I need and explaining it in a way I'll understand and always very quick. Even on busy days, from when they pull my car in to when they're finished is never more than 30 to an hour depending on what I need. Great customer service. Been going for years and will continue to do so

I’ve never been to a chain car shop that actually got you in at your appointment time. The alignment took about 20 minutes, the fastest I’ve ever experienced, and at 70$ it was the cheapest as well. I’ll absolutely be back.

They took care of my car the same day I called..(dealership said I had to wait 2 months)...they stayed late until the job was done! I trust them and I will only use their service from now on!
Went back today for oil change...really nice and efficient..these are my go to guys...needed a referral..gave me two that they have used..for body work...I trust these guys!!!!
