****This post isn't about this location it's about an interaction with customer service over the phone only. ****this is about a store location but this is the only way I can get this information out and make it known how ridiculous my experience with boost has been. ...I have a major problem with your service and with your company right now. Last Thursday I called customer service stated I was having zero ability to use the internet order update apps on my phone because my internet has been throttled because of data usage. The one I spoke with said that she was a senior agent and that she wanted the opportunity to make sure that I was taking care of in satisfied with my boost service. I told her that I wanted to be changed to the $3 a day plan so she made that change. After placing me on hold for 15 minutes she came back on the phone and she told me that she was going to send me an iPhone 11 she asked what color I wanted either black or red and I told her black. She said she would be calling me at 10 a.m. today and that there would be an $85 credit applied to my account. None of that has happened. I called customer service again today explain this to the gentleman and he just kept trying to say I understand I'm sorry I understand I'm sorry and I told him that is empathy and sympathy is it useless and I will not tolerate it and I will not be made the brunt of someone's joke or lies it's inappropriate at best and somebody's got to take responsibility for it. you have agents with customer service wasting people's time placing them on hold pretending as if they're setting up an order to give someone a free phone as a means of retention and then offering credits and these are complete lies not only was I lie to his and she wasted my time putting me on hold numerous times about an hour and all just for some game or some joke. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor today the gentleman put me on hold and I sat and waited for 30 minutes before I decided to hang up he never came back on the line and said he was getting someone nothing at all. It is inexcusable. I actually have two lines of service with boost Mobile I've been a customer at different times over the past few years your pricing is what your pricing is you're not doing me any favors by claiming that you have the most affordable plans that's your choice you're not doing me any personal favors because your pricing is what it is. But I will not have someone waste my time and make false promises and completely lie to me it's not humorous at all I don't find it funny and somebody's going to take accountability for. On your recording line it says that before you speak to an agent that the call may be recorded then a guy tells me that you don't record the phone call so there's no way to go back and verify what this woman said to me well that's not my problem either maybe you should start recording all of your call so that you can go back and check them at least for a. Of time maybe a month two months but something has to be done I'm not just going to accept an apology or somebody saying oley understand how you feel this is absolutely ridiculous.
