We purchased an iphone 15 from this store on December 19, 2024. On January 4, 2025, the phone began having issues. We would turn the phone on and it would be stuck on a screen that says, "eSIM not supported". We tried calling numerous times to boost mobile customer care, apple customer care, and even called the same store we bought it from. The whole process was TORTURE. No one was able to fix our problem. Ultimately, boost mobile customer care informed us that phones purchased from retail stores can be returned within 30 days of activation. We then called the very store we purchased the phone from. They refused to adhere to their own company policy and said they only accepted returns within 7 days. We even had to explain to them their very own policy that is clearly stated on the website. They still refused to adhere to their policy. This is as close as it comes to a scam.

This company may be running some extremely worthwhile specials right now but just make sure you read between the lines. I highly advise that you do not give them any money up front because I am still waiting on $100 for them to credit back to me when they promised me a phone that halfway through the shipment was returned back to them and I never even touched it. It's shady and I am filing reports with the better Business bureau as well . Also keep in mind that when you join boost Mobile anytime you try to get some help with customer service, it will be a complete waste of time because they will continue to send your phone call to another agent and then to another agent and then to another agent and you will never get a solution to your problem. I would stay away from them. Honestly if you're in the market for a budget phone try anywhere else. I can't say anything about the service because I never received a phone to connect it. Now I can't even put the hundred dollars toward a phone anywhere else and I'm in desperate need for a phone as anyone would be when they use it for work

They have cool employee, quick and helpful. I am giving 5 star because the employee restored my Google account which I was searching for 5 years and transferred all the information from my lost phone. I recommend this Boost Store.

I was priced & than I was charged way more than he priced me when I asked for an receipt he said he couldn't give me one than start state the price when I told him he told me differently he said he forgot to tell me the taxes I was like 40 more in taxes doesnt make since.just let me have my receipt. Said he will email it to me. Called four times still no receipt.his stealing money from your customers.Took forever to take care of me kept going to the back than to the front. I need an explanation on why this employee charged me more than he priced me than didn't get a receipt when I asked for one

I normally don't give reviews be it good or bad service, however I was in such a bind and had such good service I feel the need to.The night before last I went to boost Mobile on airport drive and I barely got in under the wire before closing. I had an upgrade and a double swap with with my phones at closing. It's kind of equivalent to walking in 20 minutes before closing in a restaurant with an eight top.Andrea was working and honestly she helped me out so much I tried to scoop her to come be our cashier at Volvo. Great customer service. Andrea was knowledgeable and efficient.I haven't always had the best experience at this particular store, however, his made up for it all.If you keep hiring and retaining employees such as Andrea, it'll definitely be a game changer in what separates boost Mobile from the other prepaid cell companies.Thanks
