My brother bought a Cadillac and put 2k down payment a and supposedly per the contract he didn't have to pay until two months after having the vehicle. They tried to tow it at the 2 month mark and claimed he never gave a down payment and tried to say he stole the vehicle. Made him give another 2k to keep it.

I wish they would stop leaving their dirty ass busted cars in the neighborhood. Everyday, you drive by and the neighborhood is lined up with broken and run down cars.

Nothing but scammers here. I put $5000 down on a car and I've been having issues with it for a couple of months. First the radio wasn't working and the ac went out. On top of that they would never give me my licenses plates for the car. They would blame the DMV. I was pulled over serveral times. The first time I was pulled over the officer told me the dealership gave me dealer tags and I can't ride around with them and the car is not in my name. The second time I was pulled over the cops made me get out the car and leave the car because of the tags. I had to walk home. I waited a few hours and went back and got my car. Then the fuel pump went out on the car. I called and asked them to tow the car to the dealership and fix it. I called and texted every day and was getting ignored about my car. Once I was able to get some one on the phone they claimed they had to wait on the part to come in and different people were giving me numbers to pay for the part. I have proof from text messages and phone calls. Now their saying I never contacted them regarding my car and sent it to repo. These people are crooks. Stay away from them.

Do not waste your time here! I literally bought a vehicle from here because I was a first time buyer and well they sure did rip me off! My car started acting up as soon as the next day! It turned completely off when I was driving! When I was there looking at other vehicles too I saw cars that were being kept together by duct tape! That should’ve been my sign to leave right then and there! Now I am warning other people to not waste your money nor time here!

Drove an hour here to buy a car just to be told that they were only accepting cash no financing, not to mention we mentioned weeks in advance that we would be doing Financing with a down payment. Do not come here they are disrespectful, and will waste your time.

If I could give them minus stars I would. Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from this s**t hole six months ago. It’s been in the shop 4 of those months. Do not purchase the Secure One coverage they pressure you into buying. It’s a sham. I’ve reported to BBB. Shut this place down before they take advantage of more people who have fewer options to buy a car so they can get to work and provide for their families. They are predators.

This is the worst place to get a vehicle from they are all over priced and the vehicles are damaged/barley running the customer service is trash especially the owner Humberto same for the girl in the front they treat their customers with such little respect or just ignore you. I had a meeting with the owner Humberto at 3 when I came in they told me he went to lunch and to wait for him very unprofessional when you know you have a customer waiting for you I sent him a text asking if he was going to take long his response was to stop bugging him or he was going to block me I’m sorry but this “car dealership” is in the wrong business if they can’t handle basic customer service I asked about car warranty and he got upset with that attitude you aren’t gonna sell much cars especially if you can’t answer simple questions wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone even if they paid me.

Very happy with our experience! The people were friendly and helpful. I visited the dealership 11/19/22 to look at a small truck. For once a vehicle we went to look at was still at the lot and not sold before we got there like other places will do! Truck was in decent shape and condition and what you would expect from a work truck. The people here really worked to get our business and worked with us on the truck. I would definitely recommend this place to check out!

Had a great customer service and all but my suv that I got from here sucked. Had it for a week and already have transmission issues. I think that’s a scam because people like myself give they’re down payments or trade ins to get a better vehicle and then to have car troubles a few days later is not right.

Went to look to purchase a vehicle for 8900 they said my credit application was denied with no counter offer then they said they can do in-house financing but they said the price of the car would be 17,000 2000 down over 500 a month for a 2011 with 130,000 miles rip off
