“I just got my car fixed at Twomey and had an AMAZING experience. I was in a car crash and had been given a quote by insurance that ended up being lower than the actual cost. Not only did Carlos match the insurance’s original price, but he also took it upon himself to call our insurance directly and sort it out when it ended up being more expensive to fix! He was incredibly kind and proactive. He offered to fix other parts of my car at amazing prices as well. Overall, I feel that this is a very honest business and they are really good at what they do! I’ve been to other auto shops and, as a young girl, these places often try to scam me and highball me. This was not the case at Twomey at all. They made the process super easy, and I’m very happy with the results!”

“Truly one of the best mechanics in town. Having maintenance knowledge myself, Danny didn’t recommend anything that didn’t need to be done on my vehicle. He’s a straight shooter and goes above and beyond to make sure customer vehicles are road ready. He was very communicative throughout the few days my vehicle was with him. He’s very knowledgeable and on any given issue he is transparent about what needs urgent attention versus what might need attention in the future. You can confidently take your vehicle there, and rest easy knowing that your vehicle is in good hands.
Prices are acceptable given the quality you’re getting. However, some services like a synthetic blend oil change are on the high side of the range ($60). With car maintenance, you get what you pay for and Danny is providing honest and quality service to the people of Austin. Worth every penny.”

“I have used Autocraft for years. They are the only shop I’ll take my Tesla to. In this most recent incident, State Farm wanted to total my car, which was perfectly drivable. They just didn’t think it was worth fixing. But Autocraft worked with them and ended up convincing them to pay for the entire thing, and all I paid was my $250 deductible! Outstanding customer service, and of course, their craftsmanship is second to none! Best in town, no doubt about it. Cristian was my service manager and he is not only respectful and thoughtful, but extremely on the ball and knows how to get the job done. If you have a luxury car that needs body repairs, these guys are the way to go.”

They’re a little high priced if you’re paying out of pocket like I was (I’m an insurance adjuster, so I know repair times, etc) but all the other comments seem to suggest they work well with insurance companies. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my cars back, but again if you’re paying out of pocket they’re a tad high priced.”
“I wish I could give Mark a 10 star review!!! I went to him after a very stressful situation where my car had been towed and the tow truck driver severely damaged my fender. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the company to cover costs so I had to pay for it out of pocket and insurance didn't cover it. Knowing this information, Mark went above and beyond to source a new fender for me that would be more cost effective. Not to mention, he did the whole job in ONE DAY! I went to multiple other auto body shops that were quoting me upwards of $3k to do the same job, couldn't take my car in for 3 months from now, and would have it for over a week to fix it. Mark took it that same day and did it all in one day. When I arrived the next day to see how spectacular of a job him and his team did, I couldn't be more relieved. The car looked brand new! Mark gave me an amazing resolution to an otherwise very stressful situation, and was very compassionate and honest in his pricing. He charged me 1/3 what the other auto body shops wanted to charge. He also was honest with me about the work that needed to be done and didn't try to upsell me, which the other auto body shops did. He even went above and beyond and cleaned out my headlights for me and didn't even charge me more. If you need any repair work done to your car, this is your guy. Thank you so much Mark, I'm so grateful that I found you! Photos of the before and after are below so you can see how amazing of a job he did.”

my car got some bodywork damage (my greatest enemy is myself), network autobody and paint shop did an amazing job at replacing the necessary parts and making the car look as good as new! Would recommend for their customer service, pricing, and work turnaround :)
Long:
I went to a bunch of different places to get quotes and time estimates for the bodywork to be done (needed to replace door and match paint). network (abbrev bc too long) gave me the same quality of work in the shortest amount of time and for the best price! I mainly worked with Dan, but I’m sure the rest of the team is as amazing. I first spoke with Dan over the phone and he said I could just drive in my car for them to give me a detailed estimate (no need to make an appointment or wait weeks to just get a quote).
Once I got there, he gave me his opinion on the work to be done, advice on whether to go through insurance or not, and provided a detailed estimate of the price. He let me know how much he expected the price could change once work started, which I appreciated because then I have a better estimate of how much the final cost would be.
Turnaround was very quick for the work on my car, even faster than the original estimate. I’m very satisfied with the work they did, and if I should need bodywork to be done in the future I would come back :) thanks yall!”
