The mobile ding repair did a horrendous job on my car and left it to where you could visibly see ripples and indentions. After taking my car to Dingz Happen, I could not be happier! “I have used Autocraft for years. They are the only shop I’ll take my Tesla to. In this most recent incident, State Farm wanted to total my car, which was perfectly drivable. They just didn’t think it was worth fixing. But Autocraft worked with them and ended up convincing them to pay for the entire thing, and all I paid was my $250 deductible! Outstanding customer service, and of course, their craftsmanship is second to none! Best in town, no doubt about it. Cristian was my service manager and he is not only respectful and thoughtful, but extremely on the ball and knows how to get the job done. If you have a luxury car that needs body repairs, these guys are the way to go.”

“Truly one of the best mechanics in town. Having maintenance knowledge myself, Danny didn’t recommend anything that didn’t need to be done on my vehicle. He’s a straight shooter and goes above and beyond to make sure customer vehicles are road ready. He was very communicative throughout the few days my vehicle was with him. He’s very knowledgeable and on any given issue he is transparent about what needs urgent attention versus what might need attention in the future. You can confidently take your vehicle there, and rest easy knowing that your vehicle is in good hands.
Prices are acceptable given the quality you’re getting. However, some services like a synthetic blend oil change are on the high side of the range ($60). With car maintenance, you get what you pay for and Danny is providing honest and quality service to the people of Austin. Worth every penny.”

“I brought my 2020 Tesla Model X here to fix some scuffing I recently got on my car. The paint was scratched as well as the front plastic fender on the driver's side. The technicians took time to understand the issue, then presented potential solutions with a cost breakdown, which was straightforward and fair. I got the sense that the technicians cared more about fixing the car and doing quality work than they cared about trying to drain my bank account. “Anmar is a delight to work with. He's always got a smile on his face and a willingness to do whatever it takes to help you and your vehicle out. Yesterday, I dropped by to have him check out a strange metallic clicking noise on the left side of my old truck and he diagnosed that there was a broken valve stem inside my wheel. While he doesn't work on tires, his clue led me back to my tire shop where I got it all cleared up. He's earned my trust and loyalty over this past year and I don't hesitate at all to refer my friends to him.. except occasionally I worry that he'll be too busy someday soon...”

This time was with our 2020 Tesla MY. Unfortunately no before and after pictures, because I don't have a before, and the after just looks like nothing.
Grady was quick and friendly with a quote, and the job was done when he said it would be.

“I'm a year overdue, but I came to these guys when another driver messed up my front bumper & lights when I was parked at work. I brought my car over to Qualitek because it was close to my home at the time. I think Nathan was the first guy I spoke with, he was real upfront with me, kept it 100 as far as having my car fixed. He basically told me that he wouldn't be able to make any promises & that it would be an all or nothing situation with the car being fixed. They kept me posted with any & every update on a daily and/or weekly basis. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my car back due to insurance claims, but the customer service that I had with Nathan, Eddie, and the owner(forgot his name) is something that I appreciate & would never forget. Would definitely recommend coming here!!”

The main thing is customer service and customer care which cannot be beat.
