Hope the service department manager went above and beyond driving me in her personal vehicle to help me find my sales guy Corey, who sold me my last three cars. Everyone there is just really nice and very personal. Corey has always been extremely honest and has never led me into buying the wrong car manager that I dealt with was Ben who is just super nice and so personal I’ll always continue to buy my cars from Corey no matter what Dealership he is at.
They gave me top dollar for my trade-in unlike the other dealerships making sure my new car I’m buying is in perfect condition. I was so glad I came in here to Bmw to get a car.

Possibly the smoothest auto purchase of my life and I’ve been through a lot of vehicles. No added unrequested BS-just straight forward I wanted this car and this is what that car cost. Rachel made the process very easy and quick. Thank you so much. And BTW! I’m loving this car!!!!

Brought my X7 for service. Warranty transmission repair, new tires/balance, alignment. Out of 3 services:
- Transmission issue not resolved; vehicle back at the dealer. Another month of rental cars.
- Alignment did not come out right the first time, did not come out right on a second try. I have to pay local dealer again for the third time. $250 again.
- Almost $3K in tires: due to poor alignment front tires are feathering. So much for new tires.
Called manager (super nice guy) asking to step in for alignment charges which to me seem as a reasonable step due to all other mishaps. But I guess there are enough reasons for them not to step in.
Moral of the story: use a dealer that does things right from the first time. Save time and money.

The service advisor, Dameon Brown, failed to communicate delays in my service, which required me to repeatedly reach out for updates. During my initial visit, Dameon assured me that my vehicle would be ready the next day. However, after not hearing back, I decided to call before driving over, just to confirm that my car was ready. In my past experiences with other dealerships, the service advisor typically calls to let me know when my car is ready for pickup. When I called, it became clear that Dameon was uncertain about the status of my car. He informed me that they had forgotten to order the necessary parts but promised the car would be ready the following day at 4 PM. When I arrived at 5 PM the next day, I discovered that the parts still had not been ordered. While I understand that delays can occur, my frustration lies in the lack of professionalism displayed by the service advisor. It is their responsibility to keep customers informed, and I expect a higher level of service and professionalism from BMW. This experience has been extremely disappointing—what a shame.

Rachel was nothing short but fantastic from start to finish. Not only was she on top of communication with the progress of my vehicle, but she was accommodating and made sure everything was in line till the end. Highly recommend as the go-to person at this BMW shop.

Javier and Ben were great! I went in to look at a Certified X5 and after a test drive, and a lunch break to mull it over, I went back and talked to Javier and Ben again. They were fantastic! They respected my time and worked with me. We agreed on the value of my trade in and that was it. I was signing papers and out the door within an hour. Thanks again Javier and Ben, and BMW of Austin!

This review pertains to the sales department, I haven't experienced their service yet.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied. This was not the typical uncomfortable car dealership experience that many of us have had.
I worked with Sheraz, who was very professional and responsive. I came in with my own financing, and was not pressured into having my credit run again. The car was priced fairly, so there was no haggling. Even the finance person was cool and didn't pressure us into anything. They made things happen with my bank quickly and it was done.
