The well-mannered tall gentleman there greeted me and spoke to me briefly but it took a long to be acknowledged / someone to come to the front desk as soon as we arrived but it's alright! We got done what we needed to do there.

Walked in this morning, as their hours listed that they were open. We were referred to them by our builder (we're building a $2 million home in the Hollows and needed about $100k in windows and doors). The gentleman was extremely rude and condescending and would not provide us service at the time and told us we needed to go through a representative. We asked if he could look up who their representative assigned to our builder was, and he said, "No. You can call your builder."I would not recommend using this company whatsoever.

Called this morning and had some initial questions about getting 3 doors installed. New to this process, I was looking for info and the person who answered was very impatient, told me he had two lines going and that could I call back later -- No, you take my number and call me back. And act like I am a customer and not bothering you.

The BMC Design Center is a fabulous establishment. It has everything you could need as a contractor, home builder or homeowner. I have worked with Tricia in the past, she is a great representative ... I hope to work with her again in the future.

They have a beautiful showroom. If you need windows or doors this is the place to come.
